Posted September 13, 20222 yr Hi Guys, Can anybody help me with this error? I had it years ago but don't remember the fix. User is an older user (Registered 2014) and swears he didn't use OAuth for registration. Any help would be great, thanks. Christian
September 13, 20222 yr Community Expert It looks like they are using a link from their email to get to the site, or have saved an email link. Essentially, they are using the validation email rather than visiting the site directly by the look of it. I would advise on checking that first of all

September 15, 20222 yr Author Thanks Marc, it's all up to date and the access details are correct. I have another thread in the support area about a failed PHP 8.0 upgrade. I can't access the admincp at all.
September 15, 20222 yr Author Ok, that issue is fixed, back on 7.4. So, I'd still love your help with the original issue.
September 15, 20222 yr Community Expert We would need the name of the user who has the issue also. We can then get this looked at for you
