Hi Guys,

Can anybody help me with this error? I had it years ago but don't remember the fix.

User is an older user (Registered 2014) and swears he didn't use OAuth for registration.

Any help would be great, thanks.

It looks like they are using a link from their email to get to the site, or have saved an email link. Essentially, they are using the validation email rather than visiting the site directly by the look of it. I would advise on checking that first of all

Hi Marc, I also get the issue when I log in as user from the Admin CP.

Please update your site to the latest release, ensure you access details are up to date, and let us know the name of the member in question. We can then take a look for you and get the issue resolved

Ok, that issue is fixed, back on 7.4. So, I'd still love your help with the original issue.

We would need the name of the user who has the issue also. We can then get this looked at for you
