Marc Stridgen's post in Updating from v4.7.15 to v4.7.16 and getting asked to do massive amount of database updates was marked as the answer
If its not using UTF8MB4 and its converting, then there would be a lot. It may be better to run the converter before you do the upgrade, which you can do from the admin CP in the mysql section

Marc Stridgen's post in Posts in clubs do not increase post count was marked as the answer
You could update that (ensure you backup first). Once you do, you would need to recount though. Bearing in mind it will only count what is currently present
EDIT: Thinking about it, you mention topics over 10 years ago. Something must have moved that forum to clubs. The reason I say this is that clubs didnt exist at that point in time.

Marc Stridgen's post in Access to the Block Manager was marked as the answer
You would add/remove access to this from moderator permissions. So members->Staff->Moderators, and edit the relevant entries there. It would be "Can use sidebar" you are looking for

If you are referring to your card details on file for paying for your renewals here, you update it within our client area, not your site.

Marc Stridgen's post in Award badges to new users only. was marked as the answer
There is no way in which to count only new users unfortunately, no. You would indeed need to put a trigger before you can add a milestone such as how long. So you would add "When member logs in for the first time that day" then add the milestone of how long they have been registered

Marc Stridgen's post in Disabling Store and Support in ACP was marked as the answer
This is incorrect. Support is on the deprecation list. Physical items within store are on the deprecation list. Store itself is not. In answer to your question though, you could disable those if you dont use them.

Marc Stridgen's post in Commerce Billing Address info (Country) was marked as the answer
You would need to employ a developer for this. You could take a look through the provider database for someone who would provide coding services

Marc Stridgen's post in Site moved to a new server- Now having problems was marked as the answer
If you are missing tables from your backups, you are going to have more issues than just the error message. I would advise on doing another backup from the original source, and trying again.
That actually looks to be an old table too. Are you migrating an old platform?
