  1. The name is not sent at that point, no. At that point, they are a guest
  2. Customisation of anything would technically be possible. However you would need a designer in order to help you achieve this on your theme, and possibly by plugin depending on what you want. You can change the wording by translating in the admin CP. If its just working, please see the following 2 guides which show how to do this And

  5. Have you checked this wasnt a user that someone has then deleted?
  6. Nothing will be removed, but those which state they are incompatible will be disabled, and you will not be able to enable them. The reason for this is they will break your site. Items may be disabled by yourself, should they cause an issue. Its warning you of this
  7. Have you made any changes to FURLs on your site? If so, you would need to revert these, as this is likely what is causing your issues

  11. I would suggest trying an upgrade now you have switched everything to INNODB. Also, ensure you back up the current state before you do this
  12. As a hint on this one also, you need to ensure that you run the requirement checker any time that you change your php version, mysql instance, or of course your server.   13. You have the information regarding the person once they have registered on your site. Unfortunately, if you allow guest checkout, there is no way around this as we dont actually have the information to send at that point in time

  17. This is incorrect. Our support simply works in a different manner that utilises the community first approach. There is nothing, in any way, related to costs. In fact we have the same ticket system used for escalations where needed, and where private information needs to be shared, and have the same staff. There is literally no cost saving in any way there. I completely understand your frustration. Please bear in mind however that most of the issues we face on a daily basis are related to 3rd party code and hosting environments. This isnt something that we are simply guessing. You mention there that the issue was related to the IPS application, however if we are not provided the information as to what that user appears to have found, that would never be resolved. We certainly want to resolve your issues. There isn't actually any advantage to ourselves either in batting an issue back and forth. It actually takes up more of our time to do so. Please ensure your site can be accessed. At present we are getting access denied on your site, on both the front end and admin CP. Also ensure you are using the latest release.

It looks likely, as mentioned, its simply the column name that is a bit deceiving.
  24. Indeed, doesnt look like one of our URLs. If someone is attacking your site with an attempt to DDOS it though, you would want to get together with your hosting to mitigate that attack. That isnt really a vulnerability, its just someone hammering your site every second. Someone could attack your site in that manner using just about any URL. If they hit it hard enough, it will cause issues if not mitigated.
