  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. You appear to have a few sites there, I would need to know which you are seeing this on
  3. No problem. Please let us know if you have any further information there, but if the file is present but cant be opened, that really would be a server issue unfortunately
  4. Unfortunately, as mentioned above, there isnt a way in which to mass change these within the software at present.
  5. I have created a ticket for you, so we can look into this further
  6. Can only really say to let us know if you experience this again.
  7. Feel free to add that to our suggestions area if you wish to see them change in the future
  8. The other option of course, if you are not comfortable with changes like the above, would be to move the members to your new group, then rename members to whatever you wish the start group to be. You can do this simply using search to search for everyone in the group.
  9. The table that is showing in use can only really be resolved by your hosting company, as that table is in a crashed state
  10. You would need to add it to your templates somewhere. There are blocks, but only with the pages application that you dont currently have. So adding it manually to your theme would be the only option there
  11. If it makes you feel better, I asked Daniel too 😄
  12. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  13. It would remove that entry entirely. If you want them to have the same rights as everyone else, you would indeed remove that entry. It's a moderator permission entry, not a member entry
  14. There is no official theme other than that which is created on the default installation
  15. You could create a pages database, and work from there
  16. You would need to provide an example moderator and the name of the forum in question, so we can take a look for you
  17. Without knowing what translation you added, its difficult to know what you did incorrectly there. If you can provide that, we may be able to advise
  18. Sorry, please confirm exactly the setting changed
  19. First recommendation we can make here is to ensure your database is set as recommended. You can see this if you go to support in your admin CP. I suspect tables are probably set as MyISAM and not INNODB, just based on experience on what you are having issues with.
  20. Your problem here is you are doing many thing sat ones and not actually giving them chance to run. If you make a change to correct the issue, you need to leave it 24 hours and dismiss the task. If you know them to be running, the message will not return
  21. Please check your server error logs to see what the error itself is. As thats an internal server error, it would be stored in your servers error logs
  22. It is more likely to be mod_security. Unless of course you have made edits to the template incorrectly, and the message itself is showing correctly
  23. I would add here, the performance issue is on firefox, as apposed to cloud itself. If the performance problem was on the site, it would happen in any browser
