That would not be normal, no. It may well be that your theme is not compatible. If you can update your access details on file, I can take a look for you

Im not seeing any links with http on your menu. First of all, I would suggest clearing your browser cache to see if thats what you are seeing. If that's not the issue, I would need to know the name of that item (just the name in the menu will do) so I can take a look on your menu

Are you referring to your forum here, or ours? If your own I would suggest checking items such as mod_security on your server for blocking your content. Securi is another common one.

I cant actually see one under this email address, however if you have emailed in to support then it would indeed have been received and you should have had confirmation of this via email also. Was this submitted from an email other than the main one on your account?
