  1. That error would usually indicate an issue with connection to your MySQL instance. So I would first of all check the connection details, and also that you have full permissions on the database
  2. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  3. Please do let us know if you test without this and its working. Purely out of interest
  4. I can see it happening there. Once you have upgraded, let us know and we can take a closer look
  5. It is indeed, but really if there is only him having the issue, and you cant replicate it even logged in as himself, there is only one thing left unfortunately
  6. Is this the latest version of firefox you are Seeing issues on? Im not seeing any issues at all on firefox my end
  7. It can only really be an issue on his side, if its just that individual person. Unfortunately plugins was the only suggestion I had there to resolve the issue. VPNs being used maybe
  8. It may, however unlikely. This should however be the first course of action
  9. This looks to be the new upcoming view
  10. Glad to see you are now sorted 🙂
  11. Please ensure you respond via the ticket only, and we can get you sorted there.
  12. I have responded to this via your ticket
  13. Not tested, but try changing string A = @"data:image/png;base64," + Convert.ToBase64String(File.ReadAllBytes(FileDir)).TrimEnd('=').Replace('+', '-').Replace('/', '_');//Convert.ToBase64String(imageArray);//; and replacing it with StreamReader sr = new StreamReader(FileDir); string A = sr.ReadToEnd(); sr.Close();
  14. I see you bumped this, I'm assuming to get attention to it. Please note, we would not instantly add items that are posted in the feedback area, and while they may not be responded to, they are indeed all read. 🙂
  15. Also please ensure you have upgraded to the latest release. If you are then still having issues, let us know, and ensure all access details are up to date
  16. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  17. Please check your uploads/logs folder, as there will be a log with the error message there, which should give an indication as to what is causing your issues
  18. No problem at all. Happy to get you were you need to be 🙂
  19. I have added that as a bug for someone to take a look at. Thank you for letting us know
  20. Unfortunately there is only so far we can go to assist with your environment itself. You would be best to contact your hosting company at this point, as something is clearly off there. Have you considered moving over to our cloud perhaps, so you no longer have to deal with these things?
  21. Check if they are using any plugins on their browsers, and if so please get them to disable them and try again.
  22. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  23. It would only be Something to worry about if you are seeing this continuously happening. If it was showing only during the upgrade, hasn't since, and you aren't seeing anything showing up within support tools on the database section either, then I would say to ignore that. Duplicate key issues are related to the database itself. If you look at the support section, I suspect you likely have warnings there on that section you should address with your host. Unfortunately your access on file is not up to date, so I was unable to confirm that
  24. The self hosting section generally would be for items relating only to self hosting, rather than the software as a whole. Installation, permission issues, configuring server items and the likes. It does however seem to have been missed there, so can only apologise on that. I will take a look at that now for you.
  25. Im not sure what you mean here. iCalendar feeds you have added would automatically populate already.
