  1. What issue is it you are having when you try to upgrade?
  2. My colleague has just mentioned, it will actually be the server time there, not the mysql time causing issues, so your hosting company need to recheck this. Taking a look there, the time is out by a minute. It needs to be accurate, as there are items such as 2 factor authentication that would rely on the time.
  3. You would need to also check the time/timezone set on your mysql instance, which may be causing you that issue. With regards the INNODB tables, that would indeed be for your hosting company to correct. I believe they have read the comment incorrectly. YOu have tables that are using MyISAM that shuold be switched to using INNODB. It is not saying INNODB is not available there
  4. I have just taken a look there, and you dont appear to have purchased perscom through the marketplace. If you have purchased this elsewhere, you would be unable to install on your package, as you cannot install custom applications on the beginner package.

  9. Only the author can answer that question, but yes it should do. The issue is that its not compatible with PHP 8

  11. This appears to be an issue on your device there. I am seeing no problems on my end, and in fact twitter itself redirects it to that URL

  14. Not always. Taking a quick look there, I suspect the issue is being caused by the fact you look to already have that application there, but outdated. I would say also, you have many issues showing on your support area you should address, and you are a few releases out of date there
  15. The lock icon shows that some items may not be available within that section. If you click that item, you can get in there, and create your keys There is no way in which to change the logo URL from the URL for your main community page, unless you modify your theme to do this. If you take a look at the logo template, you could modify from there if needed.
  16. This however is plating with no problem on my own device. Unfortunately, the player itself is down to the browser, as mentioned. On your site itself, its working

Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   20. It wouldnt. This is database records from a pages database syncing with a forum record. Have you seen any issues in those areas? Which login method is being used when this is happening?
