  7. Its working as intended at present. If you would like to see them excluded from there also, please feel free to post that up as a suggestion
  8. If the file is missing completely, it would only be able to be fixed by returning that file. If the file is present but your file system is presenting a 0 byte file then it would be a hosting issue. If you can update your access details on file, we can take a look and advise further.

  10. It actually looks like your custom database templates are an issue there. Have you tested this on default templates? With regard support, this is tech support 🙂

  12. As mentioned above, its really not. The upgrader does not delete files in any way.
  13. There is no way in which to do this en-masse at present unfortunately. There are some bounce management tools on the 3rd party marketplace I have seen, or alternatively we do have bounce management coming to our cloud offering.

  20. Just to follow up on this, your ticket has been escalated so we can get that looked into. They should indeed convert on migration, so we should be able to get that sorted for you.
  21. There is of course the argument here that any nefarious actor could easily copy out the contents to any area they wish, screenshot etc, and share with anywhere they like. I understand what you are trying to achieve there, and I Believe limiting the number of people in private messages would indeed be the answer here.

  25. This is most likely caused by your theme or language pack. Have you tested these on unaltered ones?
