  1. Even if you are getting another error there, we need to know the internal server error in order to proceed
  2. Was the wrapper template unaltered in the first place? If not, I would suggest checking with unaltered wrappers first of all
  3. I would need more information as to what you mean by get them to show up. You would need to ask google the question on how to get external content to show for them if adding your RSS feeds is not working for their service
  4. The above will show you how you can add individual ads. If you are looking to add something more complex, you would be using the template system. It would however be unusual to ad adverts in this manner
  5. There isnt any method in which to do what you are looking at there. As mentioned above, you would need to manually build the page in order to do something like that
  6. If you want to ensure you have a default, then create a new one using the create button, then edit that theme and set it as default using the button provided. As mentioned above though, you should tidy up the ones you have there, as having multiple with the same name will simply cause you confusion
  7. Im not sure what you mean by hashtags here? If the user is shown as anonymous, then thats all that will show. There is nothing to diffferentiate
  8. Do you have an example we can take a look at on your site?
  9. There is no built in way in which to embed a signup method externally, other than perhaps iframing the site as a whole on your page, which will give you the same limitations (if not more) than you have currently
  10. Please could you provide more information. Which topic list? Are you referring to a feed, the forum itself, main page etc? Also, we would need a link to that item to take a look
  11. You may also find the following helpful to you
  12. As far as built in solutions, there is no built in solution that would prevent this unfortunately.
  13. Those would be correct. Ensure you run all those in order of course, as it inserts the data to another table, and then drops it. And of course, as mentioned above, back up
  14. Please add all information in your client area for access, and then confirm on the ticket I have just created for you
  15. Thanks, Randy. You were indeed correct and its now been sorted 🙂
  16. Actually the config setting tells the software what collation your site is using. So if that was set to show its using utf8mb4, then thats what it would think its using, and likely will have been at some point. Have you moved host at some point perhaps?
  17. If you can provide an example for us to take a look at, we can certainly advise accordingly
  18. Sorry to hear you feel that way. If you are unsure on hosting items, are you interested in our cloud solution? We can help you get your site moved over for you if needed
  19. Could you please confirm you are using an unaltered language pack in the first instance?
  20. No problem at all 🙂
  21. Please post any suggestions you would like to see in the future within our feature suggestions forum. There are some suggestions you have there which will just be lost within a support ticket otherwise 🙂 It has to be said here, that you seem to have missed this may simply be a bug. Do you have an example we can take a look at on your site?
  22. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  23. It is indeed. If you go to the support page on your admin CP, it will show you what that hook number is attached to if you click on the button provided for this
