  1. The resource is showing unavailable for purchase, as per the message there. You would need to speak to the author on this.
  2. The above is correct. Ensure it's the ACP you are in and not the front end, as we're had people who have confused the 2 in the past. 'ACP->Bell Icon in top right->Notification Settings' Here you will find not only the setting to be notified for this to your email, but also many other items you can be notified about should you wish to do so. These are account based, so you would be changing them for only yourself. Any other admin who wish to get notifications can do so in the same manner.
  3. FIrst of all, dont change anything at all in your database directly. Try emptying the contents of your datastore directory, with the exception of the index file in there
  4. This is still on our list at present unfortunately.
  5. Looking at the error message you are getting back on the ACP location there, you need to check your mysql details, as it would indicate they are incorrect
  6. Please ensure you access details on file are for that server
  7. There is no way in which to do that, no. It shouldnt mirror what is in the notification page. In the notifications page you are seeing a list of content items. As such, you are seeing the read status of that content item. Whereas the notification dropdown is the notification itself, which once clicked, has of course been read (you read that you have a notification)
  8. If you disable all 3rd party items and test on a default theme, are you still seeing the issue? If so, please provide an example topic and update your access details on file
  9. I agree, of course. What I disagreed with is the statement that it does nothing.
  10. You are running on https there however there is no certificate. Please either run without for the test or correct the certificate, as that may well cause you issues
  11. Have you tested this on a default unaltered theme first of all?
  12. As mentioned, please remove any custom redirects and test again first of all.
  13. You would need to check your translations, if its only happening when using your own translations. As it can only be that which is causing your issues unfortunately
  14. It does this as you have now clicked to see you have those new notifications. This is working as intended.
  15. Ah ok, yes, I get its messages there now and have gone through trying to replicate this in many ways, however I cant seem to do so. If I select "All" I see the reports, no matter what I have selected on those items. So this seems to be something specific to your own installation. I can take a look, but would need the name of a moderator to test this with
  16. I can take a look from here, however at present there isnt actually any site at the test location you mentioned above
  17. I would need to know the example page so we can take a look at this for you
  18. I would say its very unlikely this is a theme issue. Its actually more likely to be a system issue there.
  19. Thats the one 🙂 Thanks, Randy
  20. No problem at all. Glad you have what you need there 🙂
  21. Please provide a link to that page
  22. Only if the URL has been set with https, and not http. I would highly suggest going through again, as something has been missed there, and its highly likely its an issue with your conf_global.php
  23. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
