  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. I understand what you are saying there. However as mentioned, you would need to contact paypal on this. From the perspective of the software, there is little assistance I am able to provide at this point. The only suggestion I can make in terms of the software would be to post up a suggestion on what you would like to see changed, if there are improvements you would like to see in this area
  3. Just make sure they are read on your community, then monitor from there
  4. They appear to be sending them to everyone unfortunately.
  5. You sold a renewal. They indeed do that have access to that as they paid for an item on behalf of another party. Im sure there are millions of cases where this is done using paypal, which is why I suggest contacting to ask what you do in that scenario. If you have suggestions for change in that area, please feel free to post up within the feedback area
  6. I can certainly move this to our community support area. There may well be others with thoughts 🙂
  7. Please take a look at item 1 they mention there. The key is intended to be public, as its passed via javascript. You can of course ensure its limited for use only from your domain, on your google console
  8. That depends on the phone you have. Each is different in the manner you clear notifications
  9. Do you have the full email we can take a look at, so we understand what exactly they are saying?
  10. Unfortunately we dont advise the use of IIS (and indeed dont support the product being used on that software) as its known to cause issues.
  11. No, what I mean is you are trying to protect the author by not saying which application it is. What Im saying is by doing so, you may actually do the opposite. If we know what it is, we can say "Check if you have x". They may even come across your topic and know to then update. Without the information, they will simply have the same issue, post a ticket, and eventually find it's the same application or plugin you had issue with.
  12. Feel free to post that up as a suggestion in our feedback area 🙂
  13. They have paid for a renewal, which has an invoice ID and has a name/address etc. Im a little lost as to what you would not be able to provide there. Forget the original purchase there. They paid for a renewal for someone elses product, however they have their own details and transaction IDs
  14. You would be best to contact Ezoic on these issues, rather than here, as they are much better placed to understand how their software interacts in various scenarios.
  15. An update would not delete images, no. The only way I can see these would go missing is by manually deleting. Have you moved server at all in this process?
  16. Unfortunately there is no way in which to block the use of alternative contacts at present. Feel free to add this as a suggestion in our feedback forum. I would say however, its likely you are not sending the correct information to paypal if you are not winning disputes like this, as all the detail is present linking them to the purchase. I would ask paypal what else they need you to provide in these scenarios. Maybe open a ticket with them
  17. As mentioned above, there isnt really a way to do what you want to do there. You could do what opentype suggested, or maybe even use tagging, then use similar content blocks perhaps.
  18. As mentioned by Adriano, there is no way in which to do this at the present time.
  19. Sorry, Im not understanding what you mean by "It also change". Please could you clarify?
  20. There is nothing specific to plesk hosting no.
  21. No. They would be able to add it if they havent already, but once added they would no longer see it
  22. While they will usually be indexed relatively quickly, they will not be indexed instantly. If google knows they are present (as shown in your screenshot) they will index them eventually. We have no control over when google decides to do that of course
  23. There would be no way in which to reduce the location field to this. You would need to use a custom field instead, rather than using the address fields.
  24. You would need to ensure you are sorting by that specific field in the settings of that database, which you can see on the options tab
  25. If its caused by the same read/writeissue, then indeed it would. We do have a beta out of that version if you wish to test this
