  2. You do not upgrade from your client area. You download your files from your client area. Please see the following which has more information https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/welcome/install-and-upgrade-r259/
  3. The advice in the first post was actually correct. There is nothing on the patch that states it will correct previous issues, and the patch is indeed what corrects the problem with dates changing. I'm not sure what you are seeing there, and that certainly doesnt sound related and needs looking into. Do you have the ability to record what you are seeing so we can take a look?
  4. The patched issue will only affect items going forward. It will not correct any issues from prior to the patch unfortunately
  5. If you upgrade to 8 (which you have to) you then need to run the upgrade manually by uploading a fresh set of files from your client area, and running the upgrade at /admin/upgrade . This is because the version you are on doesn't support PHP 8 so the automatic upgrader would be unavailable until that point
  6. You would need to contact the author of the theme in order to resolve your issue there. It looks like something is not compatible with the version you are running
  7. If you are still having issues, we will need to know the browser and operating system you are using. But at present I am unable to replicate this at all on our end

  9. Click on "none" and click next. You should then be able to add permissions such as oembed

  11. Im not sure where you get there is going to be a bug fix here. As of yet, we are unable to ascertain that there is a bug. Even looking at your video there, you are deselecting "All" but you then dont actually select any categories. So there is nothing that moderator has access to, and therefore they are not seeing the reports. That is indeed correct behaviour. You also show an inability to report an item after you have already reported an item. Which is correct as you have already reported it.
  12. You would need actually add that as a scope. Have you attempted to do that and it is not present there?
  13. It does indeed look like its reports and not posts themselves. You can switch that off from your guests group
  14. You cannot delete a locked language pack, as that means it's the default one. You would need to edit another language pack and set it to the default. That would then become the locked language pack
  15. Not at present. It would never be shown anywhere again other than the admin CP if you set it so its not visible
  16. The issue on your site is that your server is redirecting it elsewhere, and you have no SSL certificate in place for that location. You need to contact your hosting company on these issues.
  17. I believe the issue here is that you have this set not to show on profile. So there is no display format for that field
  18. Do you have an example of one that is and one that isnt? I can then take a look and tell you whats happening
  19. Unless youa re taking about a site which you are not associated with on your license, you are not hosted by IPS
  20. Place the ips4.php file within your admin directory and run it there. It may be that location is already not running the same PHP settings
  21. Facebook unfortunately are making it more and more difficult to integrate with them. I can take a look at the instructions there, but what issues are you facing when you try to set it up, as this will not be done straight away. Most people tend to use youtube in my experience, by the way
  22. You have to ensure theree is no redirection to that URL. If you are having problems, drop me a PM with the old and new location. Im sure we can sort it for you
