  1. You will need to update these details within your client area, rather than sending details to individuals via the PM system
  2. Sorry to hear that. Its likely thats something that has actually been fixed if it was present before and it was allowing them
  3. The guide has been updated there to reflect this
  4. In System->Settings->Posting, you have "Allow remote images" switched off. Therefore that URL is indeed not allowed (as it's a remote image)
  5. I have this on my list here to test, but need to get something set up on my end first of all. Please bear with me
  6. We need a link to the event items on your site so we can take a look, rather than the tables
  7. Always happy to hear you reached the same logical conclusion as I LOL.
  8. In all honesty, leaving the upgrades for such a length of time will make for a scarier experience. There is simpy more to do, as you have seen here.
  9. You could not upgrade from the admin CP as the latest release requires PHP 8 and your current version will not support PHP 8. You need to upload a fresh set of files, and run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade
  10. First thing I would advise here is upgrading. Upload a fresh set of files, and upgrade to the latest release, You appear at present to be over 40 releases behind
  11. I have split your item into another topic. The reason this is not working, is because there is no image at that location. If you visit that manually, you get that error from giphy
  12. There is no way in which to do what you are looking to do there unfortunately. As mentioned, we provide only the latest release of the software. I would advise doing the following Backup fully Disable all applications. plugins, and ensure you are on a default theme Switch to PHP 8, and ensure you meet all requirements https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/7046-invision-community-requirements-checker/ Upload a fresh set of files from your client area Run the upgrader to get to the latest release Upgrade any 3rd party items you have that are showing as needing updates, and address any which are showing incompatible with PHP 8 in the admin CP
  13. I have tagged developers who are better placed to answer the question there. However even to give a no permission error, the location would need to be accessable
  14. We would need the examples so we can take a look at this for you
  15. No problem. If it makes you feel any better, I didn't realise either 😄
  16. No problem at all. Of course thats your choice 🙂
  17. Any updates will be sent to you via email. The ticket is assigned to be looked at, but there is no resolution as of yet.
  18. Your ticket was indeed marked urgent. This is done straight away when there is an issue with a site being offline. These can take time to go through, depending on the issue
  19. I havent. Ive seen there is a bug and reported it. I will leave that to the javascript experts lol
  20. Just taking a look there. Reports dont actually have push notifications
  21. Are you getting push notifications for other items?
  22. Apparently this is indeed one of ours (my apologies). Its part of the service worker and displays if it cannot connect to the server at that point in time. Its part of PWA.
  23. Glad to hear you have resolved the issue there
