We are managing server , there is no assistance and issue appeared after trying upgrade. It was working without issue so I would appreciate if you can help , we can enable logging if you point out location

Hi today I wanted to upgrade forum to latest release but while middle of upgrade i get "HTTP ERROR 500" error , i checked php and http logs coudnt find anything unusual. I didnt upgrade any other component and my php version is PHP 8.0.27

Issue is now resolved. Thanks. To help others if you experience a similar issue here is what we tried and what fixed it. As per suggestions above and via emails from staff, we; - moved the topic to another forum - tried default theme and other themes - turned off rocket loader on Cloudflare - checked topic.phtml files (we had several) as per suggestion: "a few comments/articles outside of the #elPostFeed form.Can you compare this template with the default and fix any discrepancies to see if that fixes the issue?" Afterall, the problem was with a poorly formatted message from a member of our forum which broke the quote function. Editing/saving it fixed the issue.

I tried these two above and it did not work. Our current version is v4.7.6. We will upgrade to latest and test. You reckon v4.7.8 has a fix for it?

Hi Marc, It's Installed on our new server which we followed the instructions from Jim on this topic It's visible on our client area

We just added our new test url according to instructions and launched the forum on the final version on our test url. We are working to move from old server to this new server and one issue we are having is that the theme is not working properly. I wanted to install an alternative theme to try and wanted to sign in to marketplace. When I try to login I am not getting authorised. Could you please help?
