  1. This has now been sorted for you. Please see your ticket response
  2. I read "I dont trust users to fill out a form. Must be junk" 😄
  3. Developers have been tagged here, so we can get some feedback. Im not actually sure if this is a bug, or an issue on the device side.
  4. I've taken a look at your ticket there, and it does seem there may have been a delay on your restore unfortunately. I have gone ahead and chased this up for you, so we can get the restore done as soon as possible.
  5. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  6. Could I please confirm its done this on every topic? Generally it would only be on items you have manually unarchived
  7. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  8. Could I check you have tested this with all 3rd party items disabled? I asked above, but its not clear if you have, and you have quite a few 3rd party items there
  9. The date formatting is set by the locale on your language pack. There is no specific setting for this.
  10. Life size cardboard cutout of myself, of course!
  11. You seem to have missed one of the points there. You need to enable recovery mode as was mentioned above. I realise you cannot log into admin now, however once enabling recovery, it will disable the ability for 3rd party items to run.
  12. You can let us know here if you are happy to do so. Just the 2 names (or even user IDs if you prefer)
  13. You would not lose data by changing your PHP version. If you are unsure on how to update PHP you should contact your hosting company. As always, you should take complete backups before starting any large process, so if you are upgrading during this process, you should backup fully before you begin
  14. That would indeed be correct, as a moderator can solve all topics. So the message isnt really relevant in that context. Its not too early for you though. You are quite correct 🙂
  15. Ive created a ticket for you on this, so we can get this looked into
  16. Could you please confirfm you are looking at the topic as the user who created the topic? I ask as they will only appeart to that person, and nobody else
  17. Yes, they are the XML files that are used during upgrade and original install, to add those. So if you wanted to use them in the future, importing through the ACP is the correct way to go
  18. Digests are unrelated in any way to email, so you can safely exclude that one. I would need an example notification, what it did lead to etc.
  19. Any updated will come through on your email. At present your ticket is with our development team, which means it requires looking into deeper and can take some time
  20. As mentioned, we need to know the member you are sending from and to
  21. Do you have an example member and forum I can take a look at?
  22. Glad to hear you managed to get that resolved 🙂
  23. This is actually the same as your other topic, which has had a ticket created for. That ticket is awaiting response from yourself, and will be in your email
  24. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  25. We have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
