  1. If you havent upgraded, thats why you are having isuses. The version you are using will not support PHP 8, so you would need to run the upgrade manually. So you would Backup Switch to PHP 8 Run the requirement checker to ensure your server matches up Upload a fresh set of files from your client area Run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade directly
  2. The only way to resolve that would be to limit the size of uploads unfortunately. They are not being allowed to upload a profile photo larger. They are linking to an item you have allowed a larger upload limit on.
  3. As I mentioned above, I have tagged our developers on this I have spoken to one of our developers, and a ticket has been created to take a closer look into this
  4. You are missing most of your folders in /forum/uploads . If you take a look at the backup, this can be seen, as there is much much more content
  5. Please could you inform me which page you are looking at there? Looking at your forums page, there are actually side blocks present
  6. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  7. Also ensure you are checking this on a default theme if possible.
  8. Our developers have been tagged on this so as to provide further information if needed.
  9. It would indeed be a question for your hosting company there, unfortunately. I will move this to advanced self hosting though, as there may be someone else who can answer the questions you have there
  10. You would need to contact your mail provider on thi sissue, as the error you are getting there is coming from them. It may well be that SMTP is not configured, or that you need to use a different prototol. But only they will be able to tell you one way or another.
  11. As mentioned, really this is a question for your hosting company. I could say that you are unlikely to see them in invision, however you will have other things in your hosting such as control panels and the likes it may cause problems with. We cannot advise on items outside of the invision platform unfortunately.
  12. This is a question better asked of your hosting company. However I would point out there that there isnt really a question. You have asked if its correct, but havent actually said what you are wanting it to do. I would say, denying all html is probably not advisable
  13. Ah, didnt realise they had done 13 with that device. Actually thought it was only android 12 (with the exception of the lite)
  14. We are unable to advise on direct removal of items from the database, unfortunately. I have moved your topic to our community support area, in case others may be able to assist you with this
  15. I have tested this a few times and unfortunately Im unable to replicate on this end at all. any more information you can gain would be helpful. One thing I would say on the samsung one, is that its quite an old device. It may well be that which is causing issues
  16. These are likely to be being caused by people on samsung devices using the samsung browser. Unfortunately there isnt anything to resolve it at present, as its genuine text they are posting
  17. I would very much suggest contacting your hosting company on this. What it sounds like is happening, is its not picking up the default as index.php on your server. Also check there is no index.html file in the folder. It may be as simple as its picking up html files first as the index
  18. OK, please could you provide an example club and user. We can then take a look for you
  19. This looks to be an issue with your theme. On the forum main page, you should be able to add a sidebar
  20. First thing I would suggest doing is checking your server error logs once you have upgraded to see if anything is being logged there. I suspect that it may well be. Try disabling all plugins/applications once you have upgraded if you are having issues, using recovery mode. This is something else which may cause you problems
  21. You couldn't just switch it out. You would need to refund, then invoice. So I would do it in the following manner Click "Cancel/Refund" on the original item, so that its refunded, they are returned to their original group etc, as normal. When asked, set it to add to credit rather than refund Create a new invoice under that account with the new item, and save Click to view the invoice, and select "Charge to account credit"
  22. Please update the access details on file. At present they are incorrect
  23. Also, are you running any plugins on your browsers that may be causing this?
  24. If you are getting a few of these a day mentioning it to you, could you please check what browsers each are using, what device, and also if they are using any special keyboards or plugins on their mobile/browser?
