The simplest solution would be to have the same admin change those permissions back, or put you in the same group they are in. You could change the user group in PMA in the core_members table, but this is not something we would generally recommend. The recommended action would be to revert your database to a point before that action was taken
The first thing you need to do these is to ascertain why google is blocking you. WIthout an answer to that question, its difficult to really answer you

Do you have something we can take a look at? We can then advise accordingly. Paypal payouts, it would depend on the API telling your site that its been processed, but usually thats pretty quickly.
Sorry, Im not sure what you mean here. We have ours set up in the same manner as any other community in terms of this. If a tag or prefix is set, it would indeed show on the topic list

It is worth switching to using hCaptcha, which we find is the most effective at preventing spam registrations. You can set the sensitivity level on this also.
Actually they are on the bottom of the purchase page before you purchase it. The software requires secure versions of PHP (currently PHP 8), with GD, mbstring, and all default PHP extentions, along with mySQL.
