  1. We will be patching this as soon as possible. Note, the items themselves are not free. They are just displaying that word. Nobody can obtain you products free
  2. It looks like you may have items on your site that are not compatible with PHP 8. Please try recovery mode, as described here https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/welcome/getting-support-r292/
  3. The simplest solution would be to have the same admin change those permissions back, or put you in the same group they are in. You could change the user group in PMA in the core_members table, but this is not something we would generally recommend. The recommended action would be to revert your database to a point before that action was taken
  4. If you have converted previously, also check the converter login method
  5. Glad to hear that resolved your issue 🙂
  6. Ah, indeed that would be correct as they are essentially different domains. Glad you found the answer to your issue there.
  7. The first thing you need to do these is to ascertain why google is blocking you. WIthout an answer to that question, its difficult to really answer you
  8. Just looking at your ticket there, it appears we are awaiting information from yourself. Thought I would message here in case you had missed your email
  9. Glad you managed to get the issue resolved. I can confirm I cannot see this issue on a stock installation here
  10. Have just spoken to my colleague on this, and this is apparently a known issue at present.
  11. I have created a ticket on this so we can look into this further
  12. Do you have something we can take a look at? We can then advise accordingly. Paypal payouts, it would depend on the API telling your site that its been processed, but usually thats pretty quickly.
  13. We would need an example of this so that we can take a look
  14. Please could you provide some examples we can take a look at?
  15. I have created a ticket on this for you, and escalated it to our developers
  16. Sorry, Im not sure what you mean here. We have ours set up in the same manner as any other community in terms of this. If a tag or prefix is set, it would indeed show on the topic list
  17. I have created a ticket on this for you. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  18. hCaptcha is certainly the way to go. You can also increase the sensitivity on that if needed
  19. Thank you for the links and video on PM. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  20. Are you running redis at all? If so, does it work correctly when that is disabled?
  21. Have generated a new invoice for you on the links directory only 🙂
  22. It is worth switching to using hCaptcha, which we find is the most effective at preventing spam registrations. You can set the sensitivity level on this also.
  23. Actually they are on the bottom of the purchase page before you purchase it. The software requires secure versions of PHP (currently PHP 8), with GD, mbstring, and all default PHP extentions, along with mySQL.
  24. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
