I changed my storage settings from Amazon S3 to File System and now all of my images are broken. Is there something I need to run to let the system know to use the local file system images instead? Do the images not also get stored on the local system? If not, I will have to reactivate my S3 and will change it back to S3 (hopefully that will restore them).

I seem to recall in 3.x in acp when on the members tab, you could select the banned tab then tick a box which would then select all banned members. You could then select "delete" from a drop down list. I have 14 pages of "Banned" members from way back and these members all count towards the total number of registered users. I really want to delete all the banned/spammer user accounts as it clutters up the members tab in acp and also creates a false record of how many members we actually have (genuine members are around 3500, forum shows as having 4690!) Surely there must be a way to quickly clean this up. Can't believe I have to delete them all one by one?? …

How can I find out more about built in newsletter information. I understand bulk mail but I am seeing a System Widget called Newsletter Signup. If I move that block onto my page it says it needs configuration. Where do I configure this and how does it work? I was considering one of the newsletter applications on the marketplace but if there is a built in newsletter system I would like to see what it is capable of before investing into one of these applications.

I am having a problem figuring out the friendly URL system. I was blogs to be columns in the url. If I change "blogs/create" to "columns/create" the urls change to "/blog/columns/create". It appears to be adding on to the url instead of changing the url. What am I doing wrong?

I have set up three different calendars for the "main" calendar feature. However.. If I move an event from the main calendar or create an event within a club these events won't join the main calendars but ad on an additional one. This is making everything very confusing since that puts clubcreated calendar posts outside the main calendars and in my case also mix various types of events that belong to different calendars. Any way to work around this? A setting? Removing the categories in the main calendar? Also reassigning ownership of calendar posts would be an awesome feature

Hello. I've created a page the pulls in a database. When I add content into this it seems to be "auto-paging" and creates a "Next Page" button as if the content is considered too long. How do I disable this from happening? I would like for all the content to stay on one single page. Thanks for any help in advance.

I want to import (move) a great deal of members from another system (that does not have a conversion). I am phasing out the previous system once all my members are moved over. I do not want to mess with passwords. What I would like is for them to create a password on their first attempt to login to the community. It will be about 4,500 members. The next thing I will have to do is manually move over their comments/questions (yes, this will be a huge pain in the ass). To do this, I believe I will have to log in as that user so that I can start inputting their comments/questions into the proper locations. If I manage to get the "create a password…

Just purchased the forum software. I run a game server which uses the same username and password between our current forum and the game server. Could someone please point me to where accounts are inserted into the database, where password changes are inserted into the database, and where it updates the database when a user confirms their email. I feel that sometimes an admin can be forced to use a custom page template. This is the case on Invision Community's own homepage. The default template imposes a container which makes it impossible to go full width with background colours, so the company is using a custom wrapper. I'm in a similar position. For styling purposes, I can't use the default wrapper on some of my pages, including the landing one. But I still need to be able to show cookie information. I've noticed in 4.3 a new template guestTermsBar, so have added that to my custom wrapper (which is just the globalTemplate minus a container). We have purchased a few themes, plugins and apps from the Marketplace but we're finding cost is adding up and some items purchased we ended up not using. We'd like to test out more things but there does not appear to be any way to "try before you buy", meaning, only way to test is to purchase, and then eat cost (no refund). My company uses IP Commerce to sell products. The majority of our customers are located in the USA but we have a sizeable Canadian customer base as well. We'd like to be able to charge Canadians in CAD and everyone else in USD. Canadian customers have their products made in Canada, while products for everywhere else is produced in a US facility so our expenses are based on the location of the customer. I can add CAD as a currency but all I've been able to do is set the price. In theory I could just duplicate all of the packages to create Canadian ones and then restrict the shipping options to Canada only but that seems like a lot of unnecessary work.
