I have severals 3partys apps and plugins, in a post view appearing all buttons above, right now I have some hidden, there should be have a "Functions buttoms" for 3 partys buttoms use, lets say, left..."Reply button", right "Functions Buttons" in a single row. Give it more mobile life please.....

Good Day, My apologies if I'm posting this in the wrong forum. Please move it and me to the right one if necessary. In the New Features section on the 4.3 blog (I think), I saw the following... My community is a storytelling RPG so we do a huge amount of editing of one another's posts (the edit history is an awesome safeguard!). My question(s) regards a little more detail on how this new feature will work as it will make our writing lives about perfect! Hey guys, I think this is my first post hear, long time IP.board owner through The game company Blizzard just swapped out the forums software for there game Overwatch, The new software has some really great features that gives the forums a more "alive feel". Let me try to explain. When you are on a forum page, the page is updating in real time, you can see when someone is typing and then when a post is made, it's then added to the page or thread in real time to display it. They make sure your focus point on the page is not moved so if you are typing something up, you are not having a bad experience with like a page jerk. This has made conversing on this forums quite p…

Emails sent by the Invision community system, e.g. the initial confirmation email sent when users first sign up, do not seem to have responsive layout. On a mobile phone, the confirmation email text does not wrap. This means that the button/link to confirm/validate the registration is not in view. I think there is a risk that users may not realise they need to scroll to the right to find this button. Suggestion therefore: Make the email layout responsive by default. Page needs to wrap.

I think the 'Our picks' system is a brilliant way to showcase content from our communities. I hope IPS expands and adds to it. It'd be nice if it could promote clubs, videos and more. It'd be nice if when promoting it parsed/rendered content in the description box or gave us the normal IPS editor so we can manually embed videos etc if we so wish. Hope you guys see the potential this thing has! Thanks

Hello Their is some inGroup permission but not NotInGroup permission. Sometimes we need to allow a widget, an advertissement to all users excepted paid users for example. It will be great if it's possible in a future release. Best regards

In IPS\Developer, at line 456 it's doing \IPS\Theme::load(1)->saveSet(); but I deleted the default theme with an ID of 1, so now my board is completely inaccessible. It happened in the support page where it recreated the default style, so I assumed I could just delete the original one but it broke everything. Also now if I try to export an application, I just get this error: Which doesn't really help at all, but if you go to IPS\Application and comment out line 3055 $this->buildThemeTemplates(); it goes through. Hi! I would suggest that you make it possible to scroll through new posts horizontally instead of showing the predefined number of the topics among each other. E.g. right now it would look like this if I choose to display the newest five topics on top of our forums: You can see the five recent topics on the top of the forums among each other. I, and I guess many others, have a pinned topic in many subforums that basically display what the forum is all about, plus giving links to some previous interesting discussions that new users might find valuable. Maintaining these pinned topics is difficult, because new topics to be included in the pinned one always show up and moderators are not quick to update the pinned topic. So I thought that it would have been great if I had a featured topics block that I can just include in the pinned topics. There are some misbehavior in the editor I don't understand or I'm to stupid to use this functionality in the right way. For example, if I want to mention a username, I copy the name and paste it after @ into the editor. Result: @Ramsesx Or if I want to add a link to a written text, I select the text in the editor and press the link button. Doesn't work this way.. it works in vB, Xenforo and wordpress. But if I use it the "ipb way", press the add link button, fill out the url and the text, sometimes it works most times not. Hi! Is it possible to set the default members language disregarding of what language that is detected by the browser? I like that we can switch between our native language (Swedish) and English, but we really want the default language to be Swedish even if the users browser is set to English. I can accomplish this by disable the English language completely but then I can only use Swedish on the site and in the admin area. I would prefer your original language in the admin area, especially since the Swedish language pack we use is missing some admin translations and we might risk misunderstanding some settings. Hello guys The storage space is staggering low 5gb for the 30$ plan, and so on (all plans). I think it should be at least triple of the current size, or give the option to buy more for a couple of bucks. But I think I shouldn't hold my breath for this to happen, most likely I would die millions of times in a row. What other options do I have? Amazon S3 ? how that works ? can store profile photos or just forum attachments? Thanks

If anonymous login is allowed, then last_activity for each member in core_members is not properly updated. In IP.Board 3.x last_activity was still updated and there was another db field to indicate they were anonymously logged into the site. If you do a member search for members online in the last month and you have a user that's been logged in anonymous for 3 months your search will not be accurate. I really think IPS should move back to keeping last_activity updated with a member's last known site access time. It'd be better to have profiles and widgets say Private for last visited like they did in IP.Board 3.x than to have them list a false date. It's been a mess …

Hi! The users on our website running IPS forum noticed during this weekend that when entering a users message thread in the forum inbox, it does not scroll down to the bottom(latest message) like it used to. So you have to scroll down manually. It seems the inbox on invisioncommunity.com does the same. I did just update the forum to the last stable version this Friday. So it has probably started since then. Is it an undescribed feature or a bug? Please help! <3
