I'm just setting up the support request system, and I encountered some limitations I suggest to improve: There should be a setting, how often emails are sent to remind the responsible (assigned) members to solve issues. A time interval setting is required with some options, when to remind and when not. F.e. # Exclude from Reminders, if a special status is set # Remind for any status (=reminder should be a per status setting) When viewing a support ticket, there is a lot of essential information missing. # I'm missing information like: + when joined + content count + reputation count + warnings count. Please don't remove the link button from the editor when I choose to moderate links. I have the ability to set the button permissions in the editor settings if I want to choose which groups can use the link button or not. There is no reason for you to think for me. I'm paying $$$ for this software for it to work. Links are, well, let's say IMPORTANT on my site or any site for that matter. It would be interesting to be able to send emails only to members that can be set by custom profile fields. For example, in a consoles forum, members who have a specific console and who have put it on their profile. In this way the mails would be focused on a more specific public. Thanks.

I saw this on another forum and thought it worked well, don't know if its a feature of XF or if they made it themselves. When hiding a single post (from the Options menu on the post) you are taken back to the page you where on. This is good and works as expected. However, when using the multi-select tool and choosing to hide from the moderator toolbox overlay, then you are taken back to the first page. You should be left on the page you were on.

After recently upgrading recently from 4.4.8 to 4.4.9 I noticed an issue with the article publish date using GMT time (8 hours later than Pacific time where I am). If I set the article to publish tomorrow at 11:30 AM and save it, then look at the article the publish time changes to 3:30 AM. I must set it to 7:30 PM to make it publish at 11:30 AM. This happen in the ACP...I've not tested the front end. I've tried logging out and back in, clearing cookies, and using a different browser, but it still happens. My server's time is set correctly.

Very often when I open a image of marketplace or a topic image, the lightbox opens but when I click on it to see a better detail, another page opens with the image. Given that IP.Suite uses open source resources, why not integrate the light gallery? sachinchoolur/lightgallery.js This plugin allows you to open a series of images in a lightbox, create an autoplay or zoom in images without leaving the page. This plugin is also used by Xenforo and I think it's really useful.

Since upgrading from 4.3.6 to 4.4.9 I cannot find the Members awaiting validation block that was in the ACP dashboard. Has this been removed ? Hope not as this one was useful and the dashboard is pretty limited as it is. Thank you

Buttons "Grid or List" contain a CSRF protection key in a link that Google indexes, ie this key is valid only for the first time address indexing. The next crawl, this link no longer works - and is flagged by Google for an error. Please correct these links with a suitable FUrl, such as Expanded / Condensed on Stream View thanks

Normally when post a poll topic, it contains a first post too. In the case of poll with severals questions, the fisrt post appears in the last place, after all poll questions. "Poll questions, fisrt post, replies" I would like have it: (place content elements in position that help to the user can read first post, vote, then reply) 1. By default the poll questions are condensed to be a title botton, when user want to vote touch it then expanded. Or 2. Leave the first post in the fisrt position, below the topic title, then the poll questions. Make sense appear all replies after the poll questions. "First post, poll questions, replies".

This is badly needed. On communities with many apps or page databases open to members, this menu gets massive. Give us some options here. Allow categories on it or some sort of sorting option.

Hey, I just noticed upon making the topic listing the default view that guests cannot switch to the forum view? Guests cannot also use the forum filter on topic listing. This makes it hard to favour the topic listing view when the forum structure is hidden from guests.

I have created a club and would like to invite all members to join it. Currently, seems I can only add members one-off by typing them into the invite box. I can invite multiple members, but this is tedious. Would like to see a way to bulk invite members to a club, perhaps leveraging Groups. I realize sending thousands of invites will take time, so perhaps this is executed as a background task, like any of the others typically run.

Sometimes we want to create links in the Menu Manager. We only have the option of external ones, so if we want to link internally, we have to use this. This demands a full URL: I'm going to migrate my site at some point and so will, among other tasks, have to manually change these links. With everything else going on, this is an unnecessary job. Would it be possible to have an Internal Link as an option, into which we just place everything after the base_url? Or could it even be possible for us to use {setting="base_url"} ourselves, instead of being forced to use the full address? (Even "//" at the front isn't accepted, so I'm going to have to do anot…
