Hello, I've been trying really hard to get a hold someone via Ticket system, emailed even, no response. I renewed 72 hours ago but I've been put on hold for Fraudulent Check? Now I know over the 8 years iv'e used this software it took no more then 24 hours to get approved. I moved to the grand Canyon National Park in Arizona so yeah its a different card and its taxed here so maybe that's what's holding you up? or i'm on Federal Land? I currently use xenforo which is a British Company verified me right away? I would prefer IPS because it's a leading software with a better niche but I feel ignored and put aside. Not sure if I have been muted or silently banned. …

I would like the developers to take this possibility into account in future versions. The rating of articles, so that it was not only by the number of stars, but also by the number of times the article was evaluated. If these two parameters are higher than the others, then the article went up to the top of the list. This is useful for those making directories on their communities with standard applications.

Hi IPS, I never noticed until now when I landed on https://invisioncommunity.com/ intending to do a search, your main website lacks a search box. Obviously there is the one here in the community suite. Oversight or intentional as deemed unnecessary?

Why not ips offer as part of core features, the ability that let us with just one send action, send post to diffrents social networks? I mean make it more powerful and cool than just a share link button. In my case, I would like with a press botton action, sending my post or content to FB, Whatsapp, Instagram, Wechat and Tictok.

When deleting a member, a small screen pops up and reads, "Are you sure you want to permanently delete this member? This action cannot be undone." It would be beneficial if the message was more specific, if it read, "Are you sure you want to permanently delete aloppibra? This action cannot be undone." Whenever I see the small screen asking me if I'm sure, I always hesitate and sometimes wonder, second guess myself, as to whether I'm actually deleting the correct user.

Calendar index page (http://example.com/calendar) is always included in the sitemap. However, if there are no events on this page, it contains "noindex" page and Google Webmaster throws an error. We can configure to show day overview on the index page: If there are events for the day, then there is no noindex tag in the page, another day can be empty, in this case we have noindex on the page. In this case it could change every day switching from index to noindex and back. It is confusing for the Google.

Hello, The cleanup task by default runs once a day. Here with us, since we have a huge community, this task always lock (times out and isn't finished). We fixed this by changing the default frequency to every 12 hours: P0Y0M0DT12H0M0S Everytime we upgrade the platform, however, this configuration is lost and we have to remember to reconfigure this. So, my suggestion is to make the default cleanup frequency 12 hours instead of 24 hours. Thanks!

Not all of my members want to receive new device emails - some people regularly log into different devices or are browsing at work and don't want to leave cookies behind. I do want staff members to receive new device emails, and currently there is no way to have it both ways. I propose that the new device email setting should be 3- or 4-way configurable – on for everyone, default on but customisable, default off but customisable, and off for everyone. The setting would fit nicely on the "Account Security" page (2FA) of account settings. Alternatively, at least make it a per-group setting. Hi all, When did IPS remove Linear view of the forums? I was about to make my forums this view and then I can't find it. Last time I remember seeing it was somewhere early in V3 I think, possibly V2. I wanted to make our forums similar to the view of Reddit. Guessing it's removed unless someone can assist making it this view?

In Pages Databases the ability to use a "Database Relationship" as a field type is excellent but it would be really nice if it could be taken one step further and allow for an optional category from the linked DB to selected. By allowing a DB to use categories to group records together (combined with allowing form fields per category) it allows for some really nice organization for potentially large databases but when that database is then used as a foreign relationship field in a second DB then that organization is a lost a bit. Hello, When a topic is visible, there is a lot of moderator actions available: When a topic has been deleted, but not yet permanently deleted, you can still visit the topic. In that case, the list of available options are fewer. This is fine, but you should still be able to view the Moderation History in my opinion. (I was very tempted to report this as a bug, as I feel this is an oversight, but I have a feeling tier 1 would count it as feedback.)

Yes, I know, there is an ACP setting to throw all tags to lower case - that's separate to this request. While tracking searches on various sites I am seeing people making tag searches beyond just clicking a tag - they enter a tag term manually - and if the site is using Leading Capital Letters for their tags someone entering tattoo instead of Tattoo for a tag search by hand will get bupkis. And yes, I know, not a whole lot of people will be on the advanced search page manually entering a tag name by hand but here we are :shrug:

The problem is that it takes a lot of disk space on the server ... Before 4.3.x, files resize to settings (my 1280pix) - 300-500KB now - 5-15MB - not resizeble original photo Add a function so that the administrator can choose whether to save the original images or not, please

Gosh, I hate to ask this but this forum icon thing has been a pain in the past since I can remember - (not just with IPB but all software that used forum icons) mainly because if you run multiple skins that contrast each other, like for example a light theme for one and a dark theme for another, sharing forum post icons don't really work to well for obvious reasons. I guess there would be a couple of ways I could give as an example to use as a work around. 1. We could get the option to create a new icon folder and assign that folder in our themes acp to that theme 2. A more modern way would of course be able to have the option above happen all from the acp, folder …

This is how digest emails looked on Saturday and now on Sunday: The font-size is incredibly small for me to read on my iPhone now. Something must have changed recently and it is a step backwards. Could you change the template so Digest emails are easier to read on the iPhone? Specifically, showing the photos in a column all by themselves is not good for small screens. The text should span the entire width of the screen and large enough to see. See this Twitter email that I get which doesn't waste so much space for the main text:
