To reproduce the issue easily go to upload on chunk basis by adding following to your htaccess: <If "^%{REQUEST_URI} == '/files/file/*' AND %{QUERY_STRING} == 'do=newVersion'$ OR ^%{REQUEST_URI} == '/files/submit/*' AND %{QUERY_STRING} == 'do=submit&category=(.+)'$"> php_value post_max_size 2M </If> Now try to upload file larger than example 2 MB. I've created a new topic and set it to be published in the future by filling in the corresponding fields. Now, if I edit this prepared topic before it was published I can also change the set publish date in the fields. But the changed date is not stored when I save my changes. Checking the checkbox "Immediately" for instant publish works though. I would really love to have this working so that I can actually edit the planned publish date for a topic if something has changed in our schedule.

Hi everyone. I'm in the process of migrating from Invision Community 4.7.3 to the latest release (4.7.6 at the moment), but before doing so, I'm testing everything on a new server because the current server is somehow... old; it can't even support PHP 8. This new server will host the production community if everything goes well. Well, the first step was installing Invision Community from scratch, but my problem is very simple: I can't login to frontend. Only yesterday I managed to migrate my forum to PHP 8 and I'm having problems with Elasticsearch. I'm using IPS 4.6, Elasticsearch 7.17 and PHP 8.1.14 I get the following error when I try to delete a post or topic. (This is happening in an unmodified theme with all 3rd party apps/plugins disabled.) Hi, Currently I am using version 4.6.7. Now I want to update to 4.7.7 Beta 4 as in this beta version the Asia/Kolkata timezone issue is fixed and I can't wait till the next stable release. Can I update to this beta version through ACP or manual FTP upload is required? I want to confirm this before updating because I've not FTP access, for FTP I require hosting team support.

Hello, I'm getting this background task error after the upgrade to 4.7.5: 1S111/1 BIGINT UNSIGNED value is out of range in '`schq_prd`.`core_solved_index`.`solved_date` - `schq_prd`.`forums_topics`.`start_date`' Seems a substraction is causing this error, what can I do to solve this? Thanks!

Bugs 4.7.4 - moved to new gallery... You can have a look at my test site... Updated to 4.7.7. No plugins, theme is standard. Created a new album and uploaded 26 pics. Cleared cache 5 times... *As before it scrolls through only 2-3 photos and then scrolls around... (if you view the album). If you view from the main gallery page (click all the way to the right), you can make 4 clicks! After the fifth click it goes back to the first photo... (26 pics uploaded). IMPORTANT! Hello folks, The forums was installed at subdomain (abc.xyz.com) with 2FA activated which was working fine. Recently, I migrated the forums to the root (xyz.com); the migration was successful, however was not able to login (as an Admin to AdminCP/frontend; or the members at frontend) due to the 2FA problem. I believe that perhaps the 2FA stored data is somehow not ported during the migration; even though I and other Admins and members entered their security question/answer correctly. Next, I turned OFF the MFA settings from init.php file; tried to login to the AdminCP, and this time was not presented with the 2FA page and was able to get in the AdminCP. The…

Hi, we have an invision v4.7.4 forum connected to our Wordpress site with a dual login system (if they sign into the website they are also signed into the forum). We're having trouble with users being logged out by the system after a short period of time - sometimes while in the middle of writing a post! Previously when this happened the forum would save their draft for them but this is no longer the case either, resulting in some pretty annoyed users. We've checked with our WP devs that it's not a plug-in or issue on the Wordpress side of things but they can't figure it out so suggested it might be an Invision issue. Hello, Recently i have gained ownership of a community and have setup a new forums under my name, i am looking to import all of the old forum data (under different licensee) to the new forums, not seeing any sort of import option and copying over the /datastore/ folder doesn't work (old forums were saved locally, not mysql) Was just wondering if there was a script/plugin available of if I'm missing something in the admin cp, thank you!

When I type a reply to a topic and click the green "Submit Reply" button, it takes 2 second, sometimes 3. This used to be much faster on my older host? I just replied to something in a XenForo board and it took only about 1/2 a second to save it. On the other hand, when I edit a post, submitting the edit is fast.

Hi, Over the past few months, we've been having issues with automatically moderation holding things in the moderation queue when there's no apparent reason. We've spent time checking the individual accounts and our word filters and unable to figure out why this is happening. An established user just posted 'Welcome :D' and it got held. There are no trigger words included in their post and no account or user group restrictions to explain why that happened. We also frequently see established users have their content randomly held with no clear explanation why? Thanks.

Hello, Since last update (and OS change from debian 9 to debian 11 for php8 support) the "date" fields in pages module seems to be not affected by french date formatting dd/mm/YY applied on others IPB modules and stay to mm/dd/YY MISREP - 355th Virtual Fighter Wing i searched to "traduction" fields to find it but without success. Hello guys, I've just updated to the latest IPS version, and I was surprised to see, that the internal MySQL tool was removed from the Support section! It was somewhere here before (on 4.6.*). And the previously workable link /admin/?app=core&module=support&controller=sql is empty now 😞 The ACP search doesn't give me any correct results regarding "MySQL" or "tool".

This is strange. I have a subscription product (regular product with a renewal term) that is expired. When I click to renew it, a box appears asking how many months I want to renew it for? I want the customer to be charged month after month unless they cancel their plan. I definitely don't want the default to just charge them one month. I set the term to three months and pressed continue: Will the customer be automatically charge on March 11, and every month after?

Since I moved my site to AWS Lightsail cpanel/whm instance I can not send mail using PHP or SMTP but I have had luck sending using sendgrid until it comes to password resets (lost password). When the user gets an email it is getting this url4620.domain.com added in front of the domain name. I thought it might have something to do with tracking on send grid but I confirmed no tracking is turned on. My preference is to use SMTP or PHP but I know lots of issues sending mail from AWS hosted servers so I'm okay using send grid but need the lost password to send a valid Link in the email. Any help is appreciated.

Hi there, I was creating a bulk mail. I wanted to send it to all users who specified "Essen" in a profile field (a city in Germany). But then among the recipients were users who had specified "Hessen" in the profile field (a state in Germany). Can this be prevented?
