I also tried to update our forum, however after downloading the package and clicking on the "Continue" button, I get a message :
There are no applications available to upgrade
This is on our staging version and I tried the same on the live site and the same message appears.
Any help will be appreciated.
Great, thanks. I just tried to End the event and that also showed an error that the event could not be ended. Hope you manage to find a fix.

We do see the live topics feature, however after testing, there does not appear to be any way for users to participate.
I created a test live topic and had a team member try and see/contribute, but they never saw a way to do this. All they saw was a round wheel on the page. I also tried to add them as a host and that had no effect at all.
Is there anything that is preventing members seeing the live topic?.

I think our plan was one of the original ones, from some 8 years back, so when the new plans were set up, our old one did not include Live Topics. Have a look at their plans https://invisioncommunity.com/buy and see if you can also save a few $$.

Hi there,
It appears that the live topics option is loaded to the platform, however, when in the Moderator CP, there is no link for the Live topics option.
Is there anything I need to do, so that we can start using this feature?
We have had a number of complaints that our forum is not available, it is an AWS hosted forum.
I can access the site without any issues from South Africa and have also tested with a VPN and in most cases can connect.
One of our team also cannot access this forum and gets an error message.
Any help with this will be appreciated.
We have some rather "private" individuals on our forum and we have had a few requests asking if it is possible for them to "block/ignore" certain users and their comments. Is there such a possibility, or would admin need to perform and "block" of sorts?
