  1. Alright so a few hours later, and it says sent to 0 members. Under background process's it is also at 0% still.
  2. Ah, I understand. I will go for the upgrade and report back if bulk email is giving me any success. Edit: It seems one of my admins have already went through with the upgrade actually. Going to try to send out email.
  3. I'm wondering if there is a way to pull sales for weekly and monthly out of the invision commerce module. I need to break down some numbers to split pay with a partner. Is this possible? Side note: I understand I can do this through a payment processor but we are hosting multiple payment processors and feel like it would be easier if there was an option to somehow pull all sales from the platform on a weekly and /or monthly basis.   4. Yes, I was told this by email support. Before these 2 updates were pushed is when I originally sent out the email campaign i tried to send out. At the time I was up to date, and I double checked email filters. I'm not big on updating because literally every single time I update something breaks on my end and I have to wait for support, which I'm not saying its your guys fault either, a plugin usually ends up being the culprit. The more I update the more plugins I lose in the process and this is like always the case. I'm sure you can see how much ive spent on all these plugins that I cannot use anymore until author updates. Is there no solution to use Bulk Email besides updating? I'd like to only do an update if there is someone available to fix my site from breaking 😄
  5. Hello, I have never gotten bulk email to work for my community. Maybe like a year ago I tried it and it would spam my members with unlimited emails. But now when I try it, it does nothing. It says sent to 0 members. I just deleted a bulk email I created over a month ago and It has been sitting to start. I am on invision in the cloud.
  6. I reached out to my payment processor because a certain customer of mine was double charged twice in a row. Stripe is telling me that invision community is sending 2 webhooks for his payment creating 2 different transactions on there end. How do I resolve this?

  8. I Ned a custom plugin made for my invision commmunity. I need to be able to sell keys, kind of like s. u. l. k plugin but when sold keys sulk mails each key individually instead of putting them all in 1 order. I need a dev who can make a system where I can load keys for each product and if multiple keys are bought in 1 order I need it to list all key for each product in a key list for example: PRODUCT 1 licensekey1 licensekey2 licensekey3 Product 2 licensekey1 licensekey2 licensekey3

  10. What? None of my licenses are transferred to anyone. I followed the migration process using the test install to a new server, backup db and reuploaded to new hosting. ITs been a pain but everything seems to be working properly except the few issues I mentioned above. And I know what I bought here, I've spent a lot of money here on off site licenses.

I have an invision in the cloud they will help me with but as far as I know the off site license you need like the $700 support addon lol which is kind of crazy to me when the off site license already renews every 6 months.

  14. Hello, let me just saying migrating was a night mare for me. I've been bouncing into errors left and right and it may not be related to invision community, but now I have an error I need help with. Forums arent showing after migration, the categories are but no forum categories/topics inside the main categories are showing. Ive turned every permission on for categories, cleared cache, everything I can think of. Tyia to anyone that knows whats going on cuz I don't have the slightest Idea.
