I have a serious issue that is affecting business. I opened a ticket for the issue and received a speedy response multiple times back and forth. Eventually, the ticket was escalated to Tier 3 support. Since it has been escalated I have heard nothing back, even when asking for any kind of update, like we are looking into this. It was escalated almost 10 days ago. Is this normal, maybe it slipped through the system somehow? I have no idea how else to contact anybody about the issue. Should I just start over with a new ticket? Any advice?

Is there any way of auto-notifying a poster when their topic has been promoted? At the moment we're doing it manually as it is a massive moral booster, but is easily missed by the member if they're not aware.

I have a calendar in one of my websites that I use for different reasons, but I can't go further November 2018. I can't move the arrows to reach 2019, Is this normal ? I want to allow the blog feature on my forum but I only want a handful of members to be able to create them. I see that I can set the permissions with the relevant member groups for who is allowed to start and view blogs, but within this group I have over 400 members. I only want to allow around 5 members in this group to create them. I cant see a way to allow individual members to create a blog. Am I correct in thinking that the best way would be to create a secondary group, lets say "bloggers" and then add this group as a secondary group to those members I wish to allow blogging, or is there another way ? Any advice appreciated. ?

I tried to search for other articles on this forum, but it appears the search doesn't like "Google" as a term. Anyway - I'm trying to link google and I put my callback uri in and google kicks it back with this: The issue appears to be that there is a > at the end of my provided URI. Removing it lets google accept the URI, but obviously it winds up at the wrong place. What am I missing? Thanks, Darren

Afternoon! I have a new user group with restricted admin privileges. I also have a group for new members that isn't allowed to send private messages until a rule bumps them up a notch after a few posts. One of these admins tried to send a private message to a new user who had broken a rule, and got an error message saying that user couldn't receive PMs. When I sent the message as root admin, it went through just fine. I've checked all the settings I can find and don't see anything that should have prevented this. Limit override is enabled for this admin group and it can't be ignored. Hi, I can't read my own board with font sizes of 14 and would like to change the default font size to 16. I can't find where to do this, I've googled, and read countless posts, and all I can find is that it's not available to do through Admin, it has to be changed in the theme CSS settings apparently. I've found the Font settings in CSS and they go for miles and I've no idea what I'm looking for. Yes, I can make all my posts size 16, but that's tedious and everyone else's posts, the posts I want to read, are still 14. So i did a couple of test-signups on my site, just to see what the flow would be like for a new user, and a couple of things came to my attention. First of all, and this is a rather huge issue, it seems like my validation emails are caught as "spam" by Gmail's (and maybe also other?) spam filter. Obviously this is a big issue since i want signing up and validating to be as smooth as possible. Second of all i found that the site-messages and validation mail sent out was a bit... Sterile... I wonder if it's possible to easily edit / redesign how these core pages look and maybe even change the content of the validation email? Any help greatly appreciated!

Good day folks, is it possible to add a plugin to CKeditor? For example, I'd like to have the "Format" function for header text and level text. So, i want to add an AdWords campaign in order to try and kick-off a rather ambitious project i have (not sure whether i can actually link my installation on these forums, so i'm not going to). Hi, I have recently set up my apache2 web server with a wildcard SSL certificate. When trying to diagnose a 'Your connection to this site is not fully secure" error against a HTTP call on a PNG file, I attempted to connect to the AdminCP... I noticed when doing this that I could never get past the login page, this appears to be because the login calls a URL prefixed by HTTP that my webserver is moving to HTTPS automatically, hence breaking the login. Hi folks, On my site I enabled a club visible to all which members can join to post. mysite/clubs/1-club-of-the-walking-dead/ I added the Blogs feature to it along with the usual other apps like forums, gallery etc. The new Blogs 4.3.1 app main index page shows an entry made in the Club Blog, but I don't know why. It doesn't do that with forum topics inside Clubs and it looks out of place because the title of the blog entry is out of context, it makes sense when viewed within the Club itself. Feel kind of stupid asking this for how long I've been using IPB, anyhow. For ease of this question say there is 20 templates in a theme, I have modified 5 of those, the other 15 are left as default. When I upgrade, from 4.3.1 to 4.3.2, will the 5 I have modified remain untouched and the 15 default templates automatically updated as I haven't modified them, or do I need to go in and make the changes that are on the theme differences info on here? After every upgrade I've always just created a brand new theme, then made my changes, but not sure if I'm wasting time doing this.

Hi all, were would we edit this: The white looks really bad on the dark theme, but fine on the light themes. I was hoping there wouldn't be just one .js or .css to edit for it, but to have it be theme-based, however that doesn't seem to be the case. It can't be right-clicked to inspect either.

I am planning to upgrade to 4.3 from 4.1x. In the past, I made a copy of my existing database and a copy of the files. I import them into a test environment. I customize the templates, applications, plugins and configure the settings. When all is working and I'm satisfied, I upgrade my live forum then install or upgrade the applications and plugins and configure the settings. If you attach an image in a public club topic, all groups of users incl. Guests see this image - without even joining a club. But if you attach a file, for example, .pdf - all groups of users see it, but no one can download this file - except the owner or joined the club. This attachment is not available.
