I've recently finished a live migration of my site to a new VPS provider. Everything has been working fine, but I notice that my Invision mySQL DB, which used to be about 145MB, now shows up on CPanel as about 280MB! I tried downloading an individual backup of my Invision DB from my old account and reinstalling/overwriting the DB from the live migration; everything still works front-end, but CPanel still shows a 242MB mySQL disk usage (my VPS provider performed a MariaDB optimisation, which apparently shaved about 40MB off). My provider told me that on their end the DB listed at the correct size (~150), but CPanel still displays the much larger size, and I'm wonder…

Hello, I am wondering what are the consequences on reputation levels after a member deletion. It looks like all the reputations given by a deleted member are removed from the table ibf_core_reputation_index in the database, but levels remains the same. Do I have to "recalculate" and if yes, how to proceed ?

Across my forums I am getting reports from google page speed (and others) about Eliminate render-blocking resources affecting the pagespeed on my sites. My sites are 100% invision. I am not sure what exactly i need to do and wondered if anyone else has figured this out as its giving me bad results in google due to the Mobile priority policy that google are now using. have excellent desktop reports ranging from 90 to 100 score. Mobile is shocking at 29. Can anyone giving me suggestions on best place to start? I already load js in the footer. thanks

Hello, I want to unsubscribe* users who have not accessed in the last 6 months. I suppose that through a query in the database it can be done. Somebody could help me? * Stop receiving any automatic email from the forum. why? to stop receiving “bounces” of the emails sent, because the recipient no longer exists. Many thanks.

I have members trying to sign up using Android devices. They claim it is too difficult to use the date selection on this phone. Takes too long apparently. I cannot test. Does anyone know what the issue is exactly and if there is a way I can make it easier for them?

Hello, after updating to the new version of IP board, the connection between the user account in WP and IP is gone. To test it out, try to register here: https://facetrainingcenter.com/register/ Previously, you'd be logged in and redirected directly to the forums, over here: https://facetrainingcenter.com/forums/ But right now, after the registration, you only get redirected there. You're not logged in, and there's no account created in the backend of IP board. Can you help out, please?

Hi, I'm sorry if this subject has already been addressed somewhere, but I couldn't find it 🤷🏼♂️ On Invision 4.3.6, when changing the Skin tone in the dropdown menu, the emojis are replaced by colored squares: I'm on MacOS 10.13.5, and Safari 11.1.1. The issue is not there on Firefox for Mac, nor Chrome for Mac. Thanks!

I'm having an issue with friendly URL rewrites in nginx. The page url changes correctly to /blogs or /calendar for instance, but the page displays with a 404 not found message and its driving me nuts as to why. I believe I may have found a bug impacting Chrome on Windows 7 - possibly a regression from an earlier version of Chrome that has popped in with V71: Using Chrome on Windows 10 (and probably MacOS - but I don't have a Mac and therefore cannot test), create an event for on or after March 10 when we transition from Standard to Daylight Savings time. How can I see more than 4 members here? https://invisioncommunity.com/leaderboard/ or see a full list of people in a certain period? Is there a way to print out or create an Excel listing of individuals who are following a club or forum? We want to cross check to see which members of a club have actually chosen to follow the club (or at least the forum tab of the club) vs. those who have not. The scrolling list that is shown on-screen is not a great way to manage this check, and also there are individuals who are following anonymously. Any insights would be appreciated! Perhaps I should post this in the "suggestions" forum also ...

Hi there. So, a lot of my website uses FA icons. They work on EVERY single page besides a custom page. The issue is they show up for some users, but not for other's - but all of other FA icons that are on my website shows up for everyone? If that makes sense?

Hey there! My forum recently updated to the new version of invision - we had been using a significantly older version prior to this. We keep track of post count in order to promote people to different usergroups, and I know that on the new software, there are a variety of different things that get added in to the content count. We think we've turned off the ones we don't need (except posting on the forums), but yesterday, a number of members are saying their content count increased without them posting.
