ive been attempting to use HTML formatting for my forums groups (im not great at HTML) im attempting to learn how to add background gifs along with color and an icon in front of the name without replacing the name with an icon on the profile page. ie {image} (pink) GROUP NAME [with sparkles] any help would be greatly appreciated

What is the best way to deal with Reputation/Reactions Trolling and Spammers? I have an individual who seems to be targetting others with specific Reactions regardless of the post, and I want to prevent this person from giving others reactions without moving them to another group to do so.

Howdy folks, We've been running into an intermittent issue where people who are trying to upload files are running into a -200 error. Of course, Invision's documentation is less than helpful on this. I've managed to figure out it was something to do with PHP settings, but it seems to fix the problem temporarily and it starts creeping back up. I assume it's a timing out issue, but it's been popping up again even after upping the execution/input time prior to what I have now. I have a menu with a few submenus and also dropdowns. I can no long access parts of the menu to edit, moving things around, and saving small edits, the backend editor does not match the front. I have a tab that does not show up on my menu. I edited the menu item FREE INDEPENDENT - i added the text (LADIES ONLY) when i saved, it popped into VIP CLIENT. used to be it's own item. When I tried to drag it around, it disappeared, and now showing up on the LIVE MENU to users, but no longer shows up in the backend. Any advice would be appreciated. Hey all.. I'm upgrading a server 4.x and am getting an exception thrown on the last step: /var/www/forums/system/File/File.php::180 The options are "Retry?" and "Continue". Neither button moves any further and redisplays the error. Line 180 in File.php is: if ( ! isset( static::$storageConfigurations[ $configurationId ] ) ) { throw new \RuntimeException; } Any ideas what I can do to start fresh with the install? I used the conversions - moving from bbpress /wordpress to invision. The forums and topics were pulled, but none of the content inside of that. So the topic is shown, but when you click on the topic it gives you an error of content not there. Anyone have a suggestion for fixing this? Do I run the conversion again?

hello, problem is when you paste a youtube link, then the embedding magic happens and the cursor is placed on a line below the video - you paste another video in it and the videos stick to each other. while vimeo embeded videos do not and have a nice distance between them. When view these two posts and toggle their source code to see the they are similar and most importantly vimeo does not have < br > or < p > </ p > tags between the videos and they don't stick together. Any idea what could I do to make the same spacing happen on youtube embeds without having people manually hitting enter 2 times to make it happen?

The conversion for bbpress / wordpress doesn't pick up any images. Is there a way to import images into a specific gallery? Mass import as there are a lot of images, and uploading individually wouldn't be nice 😉 Suggestions on getting those images to the new invision community? thanks!

So I created a schedule database and have Date/Time field along with other details of the event. The time part is not behaving well at all. For instance I will put 12/15/2019 at 6:30pm and it shows 1:30pm when I go to the record. FYI I'm on the USA Eastern timezone. I have tried changing the settings to "Manually select a timezone" and "Use the viewing member's timezone" with nothing changing. I have even tried to edit the record and still nothing changes.

Without 3party app, only with ips core features I can build a money system? Member deposit $10.00 in my bank account, will generate a $10.00 recharge in member profile (maybe a field called Money Bag), after admins received notification and verified, click "Received" to confirm and their Money Bag will appear $10.00. Then member use this Money Bag to realize purchase through the Commerce of ips.

After the upgrade to Invision Community v4.4.9 there seems to be an issue with the back and forward buttons not taking the user to the previous and next page. I have noticed that if 'Use AJAX pagination' is disabled within the theme settings then this works as expected. I seem to remember that there was an issue with HTTPS redirection ( Automatic HTTPS Rewrites Cloudflare setting?) that would cause AJAX pagination not to work, is this correct?

I have made no changes to any of my sites. I have the same themes installed on all sites, use the same Google ad code I've used for years, happens in all themes. All was fine until a week or two ago. I make very little from Google, but these are hobby sites, so whatever I can get is needed. Below are from Chrome. Ads off Ads on It looks even odder with the purchased themes.

I received over 500 spam reports form a user that doesn't exist on my site. usually I can look at the username of the person who reported the message as SPAM because Amazon SES ends the entire message to me. In the "Hi Username" area it always says the correct username. However, I received a bunch of reports today where the username is not a member of my site. See below the username in the screenshot. I have no user by that name. Anyone know what's going on or experience this as well?

Hi, we have big problem with reactions. Many users (more then five now) reported to us, that they have likes... that they didn't give to someone. We said to them to change password, but even after it they still reporting from few days the same ;/ We have changed our search to elastic and updated into 4.4.8 into last days. I decided to display club content amongst other website content. Right now I have a club that holds a download area with 8 files in it. And this is what I get when I visit my regular Downloads page: So here are my obvious questions: What is it with that "(and -5 more)" link? There is nothing more other than 8 files in a single club. No more clubs, no more files, nothing. And most importantly: How to get rid of it? Hello, This is quite weird. No matter which theme I select, the option to select a file and upload it is unavailable from a mobile. Same user, but on desktop the option is available. Did 4.4.9 broke this? or I am overlooking something? Thanks for any tips
