Hi guys, for some reason I am having this issue where I deleted some of my forums and this message is not going aways even though forum is deleted or completly empty... IN the image above you can see that Rendering forum is being deleted but when I check on the Forum page we can see its empty but still displaying... Any idea why is this happening? Ive tried to clear the catche but it didn't help. Unfortunately I am not able to contact IPS support anymore so I hope you guys can help me out. Thanks, Igor

hi my lords I newly got this warn: Locked Task: postBeforeRegisterFollowup when I click on Run Now button I got below error Sorry, you do not have permission for that! 2C124/2 The task is already running and cannot be ran until it has finished or the lock is removed. and when I click on view logs button There are no results to display. also in Background Processes There are no Processes to display.

I noticed the plans have changed. I can't seem to find an announcement on the plans being changed ? It went by concurrent users now it goes by impressions ? I am going to stay on the same plan ? When is it going to upgrade me ? I don't seem to have an email on this either.

Hello everyone, I thought a couple of times about the possibility of not writing this message, but I finally made up my mind, and I am doing it. I am paying IPS for support. I need them to support me because there are many times where I just can't fix something, I find a bug, I report an issue that I just can't fix, not even my webmaster. I am happy to pay for that extra help. However, the guys at IPS have decided to change the way support tickets are created. It no longer is possible to send an email with the ticket. Recently changed some posting website links settings and decided to rebuild existing content. The progress is now stuck on posts and the queue task has been locked. Manually running doesn't work, gives an error code 1S111/1 without a message. could someone from IPS be able to look into this?

I've gotten my domain changed over on the 13th and while I was busy for 2 days. I figured I was good to go by then while I tried to access the site, it gave me the DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. Now i've tried the following Flushed my DNS cache browser cache restart router/pc Gave one of those ismysiteisdown website and it appears its down for everyone. emprv.us

Hi all, Is there any difference technical or compatibilty-wise if you download (export) a custom theme from within designer's mode or normal mode? By normal mode I mean syncing the theme back when leaving designer mode. I've only noticed if you do it with designers mode enabled, you have to retype the name, version etc. Many thanks!

Recently updated from 4.5 to 4.6 and the activity feed has all but stopped working. Post content is not appearing. Like reactions are. This is on default all activity at the endpoint of: /discover Is it likely to be the compact vs dynamic table issue? Other suggestions?

The Registered users viewing the page block. We have it on topic page footers. This hasn't been tracking users on topics since the upgrade to 4.6.6. Was working fine before. Have gone through the something not working loop, no joy. Reading the release notes for 4.6.6, guessing there is another job/task to be done to move this block on again? Anyone any ideas?

I have three profile fields, and they've got custom formatting. Two of them are just text fields, one is a radio button with two choices. Since upgrading from 4.5.x (whatever the latest version was) to 4.6.5.x and now 4.6.6, my custom formatting isn't applied. Also, in the ACP, I get a weird error message that flashes and goes away, and then a jquery error is logged. We upgraded our forum from 4.5 to 4.6 on June 24th. Since then, we've also installed the update and the patch -- so it's currently running version 4.6.3. Some members noticed yesterday that their recent posts in a certain board were missing. As it turns out all posts since June 29th are missing in that board. Checked with all the moderators, and no one deleted them. A friend works on another forum also running Invision, and they are having similar issues with a couple of their boards ever since the upgrade. Is this a known bug? What is the best thing to do here? I've noticed that when I get email notification that a new Member has registered on my website, some of the profile data is incorrectly parsed/formatted: The same formatting error is visible when I view the new Member's address in the Profile Data window, under the Member View in the adminCP. Is this a known issue? Thanks!

I've set up in the Settings panel that all members that do not validate their accounts in 30 days after signup should be removed (check pic) However, when I look into the validating tab I see a bunch of members with registration dates as old as 4+ months. So I suppose they haven't got removed. Tell me, please, why this is happening. Is it a bug? A misconfiguration on my end? How I ca fix it? Thank you!

Hello, 🙂 The "All" tab in the ACP members' section doesn't show the validating members accounts. I have to click on the "Validating" tab to see accounts awaiting validation... I suppose this is a bug ? Thank you. 🙂
