Post-update to the latest monthly I got a report that clicking in to any topic resulted in a blank page. I confirmed with two different browsers. Cleared cache, disabled all plugins, tried default theme. Clubs tab results in a 500 error. Forum *topics* result in 500 error. Forum *lists* work. Events seems to work. Blogs (imported via RSS) seem to work. Gallery seems to work. Pages seem to work. Apps like Community Map seem to work. (I do have a locked task on Competitions and have opened a support topic on its home site).

Greetings to all the member that will read this topic. Last night we performed an update to the latest INVISION update, we went from 4.6 to the current one ( yea, really old one, we were closed for a while xD ).The update was performed using the built in updateter. We run into some troubles, many functions not working properly ( like marking a category as read, the user hover ) and even getting an SSL error when we try log in into the ACP. After a few searches last night i saw on the community topics that the problem can be related to SSL certificate but the certificate works fine almost over the entire domain ( minus the ACP login page or any url related to any…

I'm getting a 502 error whenever I click on the edit button next to the 'member' group. I can edit all other member groups fine, I have tried clearing system cache, still the same issue. Please can someone escalate this to support for me? It is for my 2nd cloud hosting set up (do not wish to publicly post links to my forum here)

Problem #1. All posts being made on the blog post here have to be approved by a moderator. They never seem to be approved unless there is a secret handshake I am missing. Problem #2. I Upgraded the forum software, enabled the Community Hive thing, went through a whole bunch of hoopla to register, etc, but when I look at my forum's feed on the Community Hive platform there is some Doris with a big black beehive like hairdo instead of the logo that I have tried to upload no less than 6 times (in both .png and .jpg formats). Hello, We also seem to have having problems with some large photos on our site. For example when using my iphone or ipad a strip of our main homepage photo will appear but the rest is remains unloaded (even if I refresh it). If I rotate the iphone landscape and then potrait again, the problem often resolves. Why would that be? Thanks if you can advise, Simon

I must be missing something because I can't upload a picture along with the database record. This code works as expected, but fails to add the picture to the featured image field. Does anyone else have an issue where if you quote someone using a mobile device then try and delete the quote its pretty much impossible to delete it from the editor? I can delete the text within the quote but not the quote box! This is happening in Chrome and on my forum as well as this one

getting the following error when running upgrade script - am now unable to restart /cancel upgrade so site is down. php version is 8.0 We were unable to start a PHP session. Hello, I've had no PHP GMP support at the moment I've installed my self-hosted forum. The PHP extensions had been installed, support page in ACP says that everything is alright with Push Notifications. However, there is no typical browser pop-up asking for enabling push notifications. Also there is no "header" suggesting push notifications in built-in notifications dropdown. I'd like these to pop up automatically to allow my users to accept push notifications. Looking forward for some help

Hi team, I use a lot the admin forum search to locate my forums and not runs with all searched words. For example: pinterest: no results apple: no results united: results ford: no results DKNG: results II was going to restore the search index but it says that this is only necessary when there has been a server failure. I don't know if there has been a problem with the cloud service that affects this. Can you check it? Thanks.

Hello team, I am having a lot of problems connecting IC with my CRM (Active Campaign) through zapier. The triggers are limited, the information we can send is limited and the little we can send gives a lot of errors. I have a big question, really who uses zapier with IC and what do they use it for? I was having these problems a year ago and now I am still having them and more are being added. After upgrading my site from 4.7.13 to 4.7.14, my Twitter/X logo is now showing my Facebook logo--so there are two Facebook logos, one for Facebook and the other for Twitter/X. We are running a slightly older version of Invision (4.6.11), but we're constantly running into outages with errors that can only be fixed with phpmyadmin table repairs. At first it was the core_sessions table and now it's the core_view_updates. Is there a permanent solution that would fix this issue?

I updated my www.concertina.net site this morning to 4.7.14 and everything seemed fine. Then this afternoon something broke and nobody (myself included) can post or start a topic or send a DM, and the whole UI on the front and back end has many things broken. See attached... any ideas?? We have logged into our forum today, and the 'Article' functionality has disappeared. When you navigate to ...articles.html/ on our forum nothing is displayed. In the Admin area, under 'Pages' the function for editing or adding new articles has disappeared. We need some help understanding what has happened. It was all ok on Friday and the forum hasn't been touched since then. Posting here as we can't find any other way of contacting support (which is extremely frustrating). Thanks

Good day to everyone, We have a HubSpot plugin installed in our WordPress which is responsible in displaying its own chat widget/bubble but this widget is not passed on or being displayed in /community. Is there a way for me to have it displayed in /community? or to pass on what's existing in most of our WordPress pages to /community? It's probably the same issue with the UI or display headers which is different for both our WordPress pages and the Community. *** Our website is a membership website so it needs login but below are images of our WordPress page with the chat bubble and the Community page (both looks different)

As you can see from the screenshot below, there seems to be an issue with the X Timeline block not updating the timeline. The block seems to be stuck from over two years now, and refuses to update. I originally thought this might have been due to the changes by X (Twitter) and I decided to wait until the last update to see if this would fix the issue. Is there anything else which could be causing this to happen?

Scenario, "Permanently delete content" has an x day period set before permanently deleting content. In Downloads after a file has been "deleted" it is possible for the "Get Support" topic to be recreated when using the "rebuild topic content" feature in "AdminCP -> Downloads -> Categories -> Forum Topics" whilst the Downloads file is awaiting deletion. It would be better if the "rebuild topic content" only rebuilt content that has not been set for deletion... Ted.
