bradl Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 Post-update to the latest monthly I got a report that clicking in to any topic resulted in a blank page. I confirmed with two different browsers. Cleared cache, disabled all plugins, tried default theme. Clubs tab results in a 500 error. Forum *topics* result in 500 error. Forum *lists* work. Events seems to work. Blogs (imported via RSS) seem to work. Gallery seems to work. Pages seem to work. Apps like Community Map seem to work. (I do have a locked task on Competitions and have opened a support topic on its home site).

Jim M Posted November 11, 2023 Posted November 11, 2023 Things seem to be loading now. It looks like you do have some plugin upgrades which you can perform which would be recommended to ensure these items are compatible with the release you're on. bradl 1
bradl Posted November 11, 2023 Author Posted November 11, 2023 Fingers crossed that whatever transpired to cause the 500s was transient then. Will be updating plugins and third party apps as I sort out the new plugin situation. Cheers.

Currently trying disabling all applications and got a topic to load, so will try enable/disable each one to see if I can find a correlation. Edited November 11, 2023 by bradl
Solution bradl Posted November 11, 2023 Author Solution Posted November 11, 2023 Think I found the app causing the error. Seems like I can toggle the error on/off. Will locate the maintainer and see if there's an update.
