Hi, on updating videobox plugin through marketplace got error Error log shows this one I had default permissions with uploads 0777 still error, i tried to put / g+s 2777 to uploads dir, still error, asked hosting for help (think maybe php dont have rights), hosting put 0777 everywhere (www/forum.../* - yeah yeah i know) in forum still error... what is proper chmods? ? 755 - dir's ? 644 - file's ? 777 - uploads, uploads/logs, application, plugins (do we need **7 to others?, if file is executed by owner/group) Thanks for your attention & time! Last night, I upgraded my community (https://www.cptdb.ca) to 4.6.12 and this is the first time encountering a problem. I believe it actually did two version upgrades. It seems that now, anything that is interactive within the browser does not work. I have tried both Chrome and Firefox. Help! For the first time ever, I've had an upgrade fail. After I logged into the upgrade system and started, it immediately showed a page saying "Safari can't open the page "https://www.concertina.net/forums/admin8600/?app=core&module=system&controller=upgrade". The error is "FetchEvent.respondWith received an error: ReferenceError: Can't find variable: reject" (WebKitServiceWorker:0)" Now it's stuck. Even going back to the admin main page and trying again, the same thing comes up every time. And I don't see a way to stop the process, so my forums are now stuck offline. Any ideas? I've got two IPS communities, one is about four years old and the other is fifteen years old. Starting in the last week or two, the older community is not showing up in Google searches. No one has been doing any kind of AdminCP or server maintenance or anything like that -- is this known bug with the SEO in the software at this time? Both of our communities have an odd thing happening with the search feature over the past four days or so. There has always been the option of searching "This Forum" and "This Thread" under the "More options" choice on the search bar of both forums. The option to search "search this forum" is gone from the list from the top right general search box option. One our admin report that, i really did not notice it, but I see it also gone from IPS forum here as well.

I don't know if this has been previously reported and the search index on the site is rebuilding so I can't check... so sorry if this is known already. ACP > Community > Forums > Forums Edit a forum without any sub-forums. Select "Display Settings". In the orange notice... "Combined fluid view cannot be enabled as this forum does not have and sub-forums". Was this intended to be the word "any"?

After yesterday's update to the software, we are now seeing this error message: [[Template core/global/editor/attachedAudio is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] I've runned the support tool with no errors showing. I've changed the theme to the default theme. Nothing is changing. The theme is now the default, but all uploaded items show the error above. The files are either documents or audio files.

Hi everybody. I just took over as administrator of an old bored. Did the changeover and it looks like everything's working pretty well. One of our old guys forgot his email and password so he said a new member request. Says he has to be approved and I have no idea where to go in order to do that. Hope somebody here can help me out! Hello, we recently noticed that after deleting a user selecting the "Anonymize contributions" option results in this (for threads started by the deleted user): As you can see the "By" segment gets updated when the deletion process is executed by adding the "Guest" word before the username (which shouldn't be there), is that expected? Hello, Team support) Starting of February 23, I began to get in ACP this error "Can't connect to POP3 mail server." Task scheduled to run on "pop - Fetches and parses incoming POP3 emails" for every 10 minutes does not work. Can you help me to fix this problem. I experience strange issue, when I view my site on mobile, as not logged in member, I see cookie acceptance very often. I guess this is because of mobile IP changes often but in other sites it does not work like this. any way to fix it?

Hi. After rebuild all existing images, the thumbnail size is correct, but the size in the post remains the same. I set the thumbnail size to 800px but in the post it is still the same size. The "width" attribute is not dynamic? 😕

ips forum incorrectly reading database version. i have 10.5.13-MariaDB-1:10.5.13+maria~focal and ips reads 5.5.5-10.5.13-MariaDB-1:10.5.13+maria~focal. And I get a message While this version is compatible, we recommend version 5.6.2 or above. You may wish to contact your hosting provider or system administrator to ask for an upgrade if you are upgrading to Invision Community 4.6. I have MariaDB 10.5.13 no MySQL 5.5.5 🙂

I have a problem with the subscription feature. I have 2 subscription packages and one of my customers tried to renew it but when he clicked on the rene wal button it only let him select the other subscription package. And as one can see the screen is saying the the current subscription renews in 2019. I was able to make a approval of an other invoice and the member which payed 12 times the other subscription package can enter the system now and it is showing an other expiration date : I used to cancel expired invoices in my system since there were so many and as it seems there is a mess now. Hello, I have several issue with my forum and notification. 1. the users don't receive an email notification when they are tagged in a post.
