  1. my site was experiencing a few errors these last couple weeks at Http://forums.madonnanation.com. After finally working with the host provider to get long load times resolved and getting access to the Admin panel, I figured I would clear the cache as recommended on the front of the admin page in order to improve performance. Unfortunately, doing so seemed to corrupt the main theme of the forum, and as a result I had to create a new one to make it navigable. But now there are all sorts of issues in the admin panel itself as far as how it displays, and all of the Reply and topic functions on the message board do not allow anyone to post new content. How do I resolve this?
  2. Is that something the host provider has to repair?
  3. The support tool on the Invision Admin CP? No link works when I log into the Admin Panel. It just displays a list of links and they all just reroute me back to the main page again. Oh, it also says this above all the links: [Template core/global/global/includeJS is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] Jump to content A configuration or server error has occurred EX1812 Something went wrong. Please try again.
  4. My site is showing a "MySQL server has gone away" error, something I've never seen. When I inquired with Dreamhost about it, this was their response: it looks like your site is running onoutdated theme, please run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore thedefault theme[[Template core/global/global/includeJS is throwing an error. This thememay be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore thedefault theme. Problem is, each time I log onto the AdminCP, it just shows me a list of links plus the error they quote, and everything I click (including the support tool) doesn't respond. How does an error like this get fixed? I don't ever recall even installing an alternate theme to begin with.
