Was the bug going to be noticed eventually anyway or was it just something that crops up with AWS on the regular?

Also, I was really hoping I broke something again. I love freaking out your sales guy then apologizing over and over for being rude. I'd pay for drinks, but I'm broke. Give that guy a raise.

Its not a regular thing, no. But this has now been resolved, so we shouldnt see it popping up again.

I'm sure our sales will appreciate the drinks 😉

This happened to me too, and I reported the issue. You guys told me it's not related to IPS, and it could be a third-party plugin/ application issue which I don't believe so because I noticed this issue on sites who have zero third-party plugin/ application.

This issue happened because of whenever you are trying to press on "Save" button after editing. The button keep saying "Saving....", and then this message show up. If you refresh the page you will notice that the post is already saved.

We would generally advise on disabling all 3rd party items and testing, yes. However if you are still having issues the please respond back to the ticket

I was totally unaware of the additional available constants that @Meddysongmentioned above as they are not listed in the constants.php Help Guide.

@Stuart SilvesterThere may be value in creating an detailed Help Guide for setting up and utilizing test sites effectively.  Especially considering you rely a great deal on your customers for testing each of your releases, and having fewer support requests benefits everyone.  This could be a collaborative effort between your company and your most knowledgeable customers.

Being an effective tester requires an entirely different mindset and knowledge base than being a community manager.  That is something you have experience with, why not share your knowledge in an easily digestible fashion.

Added to the list for future guides.

  4. I'm very sorry you appear to be having issues with the software. I have taken a look at your ticket, and it appears you actually purchased priority support only last night. The priority support package means you would be assessed earlier in the queuing system, however of course that Would not have happened until it was purchased. Im not sure what is causing you downtime there, as from what I can see you have an issue with editing. Of course we can get that looked at for you

  5. The only way in which to do this would be to restore the backups taken before your upgrade. There is no way in which to revert a failed upgrade other than that. We no longer support the 3.4 series in any way unfortunately. However we can offer paid conversions from that platform. If that is something you would like to explore, please submit a ticket on this.

  6. There isn't a way to simply unhide all unfortunately. You can however select large numbers of items from the hidden content section in your moderator CP, which may make it somewhat faster to achieve.

  7. There is no direct support for that item specifically, however we do have people who integrate many items themselves. How easy that is will of course depend upon the full instructions provided by post affiliate. That said, your issue will be the PHP version there. The current release does not support anything below PHP 7.1, so if they are insistent on version 5, you could not run it in the same location as your community.
