Have you thought about simply duplicating the product with a reduced price? Im asking as if its a permanent reduction for some, that may be your simplest way to go

There is no setting to stop the software rotating images on the platform.

Not sure what else we can really do to assist here unfortunately. As you have seen the software itself is working as expected, even with the image example given. The only difference here is the exif reading on your own server

If I remember correctly there are logs in the cache/sql folder if its a sql error. But that is off the top of my head. Its a very long time since I have looked into any errors on the 3.x platform.

Unfortunately we no longer support this version, nor the upgrades from it. However if you are getting that error, you need to check your conf_global is accessable, and that it has the correct database settings in it, that have full permissions on your database. As something there isnt connected properly

Switching off tagging would switch off the ability to use them. I dont believe it would remove ones already present

I have just tested this both on my own instance and on an instance here, and both rotate. Unfortunately, it seems its your server that is not reading the information, which would be a hosting related issue

If you are finding self hosting complicated, it may be worth considering cloud for your platform. If thats something you are interested in, please contact sales and we can get you started with that

There would be no accurate date available. You are likely to be seeing the rebuild date. For this reason we dont show the exact date on the front end
