  1. We are aware of some issues with Twitter at present. Keep an eye on our guides for any updates to those. I have it on my list to take a look at. We do not however link with v2 at all currently. Only v1
  2. There arent really any tasks within the invision platform that would be cause problems by being run early in that way. If they have been reset, it will indeed be for good reason. If there are 3rd party items that should be run on specific days only, then there really should be code to allow for that within the item
  3. I would just upload fresh of those files from your client area. If they then are marked again, it would seem you are getting false positives, so would need to whitelist those

  7. There is no built in way to achieve this unfortunately, no. You can remove them no problem at all, by simply removing the "Show with member's content submissions?" setting in that profile field. In terms of where to put it on profile. Showing things on the profile isnt an issue. You would simply change the "Show on member's profile?" setting on that field. However, it would not show under "About me" as about me itself is a profile field (instead they show on the left panel). Any profile fields set to WYSIWYG show as a new tab in the profile, which is why you see it as a tab.
  8. You havent mentiond what it is you are setting. The correct constant for this is ACP_SESSION_TIMEOUT . Is this what is being used?

  14. Im not sure I understand what you would like us to follow up there? While we do usually say that we have created a ticket, it does actually tell you on the email there what has happened
  15. We are unable to guarentee how long an upgrade will take on a self hosted environment. Generally that upgrade shouldnt take too long but I would advise doing a test run if you are uncertain whether you want to go ahead due to a downtime.

  17. In terms of this, you are quite simply missing the files. Its nothing related to 3rd party or your PHP version. Its simply that the image files are not present. In this case, the egg. If you are looking to upgrade you would need to change the PHP version, then upgrade the site. But you would need to upgrade the site by uploading a fresh set of files, and running the upgrader. I have to be honest with you on that part, Jeff. I would get assistance in upgrading your site in my opinion. You are simply struggling too much with these, and its very likely you are going to end up back in the same scenario prior to getting it online. This is one whereby the advice would only be to upgrade your site to the latest release first of all. I very much sympathize with your situation there, Jeff. The reality is here, you probably need someone to help you run the site and its administration, if you are unable to go with the cloud options.
  18. Only the author of your theme can tell you what would be affected on upgrade of your theme, along with custom blocks. Ad blocks that are added using our standard ad system will work the same. It would not generally go through every post, other than rebuilding the search index if needed (which does not need to be offline for and is done as a background task). As far as "How long" is concerned, it really depends on your service provider.

  23. Actually no, as the administrators section in members, can also contain a list of members. It is however indeed the main member list as you suggest.   24. Are you referring to Members>Administrators here, or Members, then clicking to filter by administrators on the list? I ask as one would be a bug, the other would not
