  1. Glad to hear you managed to get that resolved 🙂
  2. This is actually the same as your other topic, which has had a ticket created for. That ticket is awaiting response from yourself, and will be in your email
  3. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  4. We have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  5. We would need to see at the time that message is showing. The only reason that message can actually show is if there is something that hasnt run on time
  6. You've been here before 😉
  7. Im not seeing any issues on my end, and have actually been using them all day
  8. Invision community provides support for push notifications on mobile devices. This will allow you to get notifications on your phone, even when you do not have your browser open, to alert you of new content on followed items and more. Push notifications on mobile, give a native app experience, with built-in invision community features such as the manifest editor, which allows you to edit your theme icons, colors, and URL, for when member add your community to their phones home page. Below we discuss how to get this set up so your users can enjoy this native app experience. Getting Set Up In order to set this up, we must first set up the manifest, to set up the name of your community to show on users homepage, the icons to use and more. You can even set a custom start location for you site should you wish to do this. These are all set up from the following location in your AdminCP System->Settings->Web App Setting up the manifest Setting up your logos Push Notification - Device
  9. No problem, Nigel. Do send him my message above though, as that would certainly cause it
  10. Please let me know the user you are sending from and to, so I can take a look. I have tested this internally and cannot reproduce, so it seems its something specific to your installation
  11. Its actually always done this if you are in a forum 🙂 Nice plugin though
  12. Sorry to hear that. In the meantime, it would be worth checking any browser plugins, security software on your PC, and indeed things like mod_security on your server, to see if any of those are blocking the item.
  13. They are indeed stored for several weeks 🙂
  14. I can categorically state this is incorrect. We certainly care about issues that occur on our platform. The user there has gone out of their way to provide you with help, and the solution does indeed work there. The reason you have to do so with that tag, is because you are displaying the tag, and not parsing it. That part you quoted from above is indeed correct, and I can certainly bring that up as a bug report internally. However that doesnt make the users response any less correct, or any less helpful. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  15. Sorry, could I just confirm, is this only when selecting to choose existing media, or are you saying its happening when you dont use that option?
  16. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  17. Im not actually seeing those missing icons on your site at present. As mentioned, I would reupload them first of all as it looks like they are simply missing from your server
  18. To clarify, that will stop them hiding any content at all
  19. As mentioned, I can take a look at the guide, and have that on my list here. Until I have, there is no further update I can give you other than to say at present you are missing some of the elements in our guide
  20. I would be inclined to agree with the above. It doesnt actually look like its using PHP 8 at all there
  21. It sounds like you are actually looking to change original CSS there. If that is the case, you should be overriding it in custom.css
  22. Please ensure you have upgraded to the latest release and then test this again. Also dismiss the upgrade notice if you want to see in the meantime and refresh the page. There is an open bug report for that as mentioned above
  23. Its also worth noting, if you upgraded completely, you will need to revert the database as well as files
