  1. Sorry to hear you are being told this. I'm not sure where it is they get that impression, as we create tables and they will be created on the server with whatever the default is for that servers MySQL setup. Just taking a quick search there, this looks like it may help https://stackoverflow.com/questions/3856435/how-to-convert-all-tables-from-myisam-into-innodb
  2. I see what you mean there. In the first instance, please rebuild your search index from System>Settings>Search. This will clear that issue. If you then see it happen again, please let me know in this topic and we can take a further look
  3. This is something we are aware of, and there is an open bug report for at present
  4. Have you since reverted this, as your site appears to be online at present?
  5. I see your point and have moved to feedback accordingly. But there is nothing that is actually a bug on this one
  6. Thank you Nathan. 🙂
  7. Please give an example user, and I can log in to take a look for you there
  8. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  9. Its likely the application has something in the uninstall that is not compatible with PHP 8, and causing it to fail. I understand the author isnt providing updates, however have you contacted to ask how to remove it?
  10. Thank you for you input there. It was the topic I was looking for, as mentioned
  11. Guys guys, we are arguing about wording here. Display name and user name are essentially the same thing in version 4. We call it display name, however it could be referred to as "user name", "login name", or "This is a duck" if you really wanted. Do you have any external methods of registration? It shouldnt actually be possible to register more than once with the same username display name, no
  12. Please clarify what topic you are referring to there, as this topic is related to logins, which was resolved by patch yesterday.
  13. No problem, and glad to hear you got the issue resolved. What was causing it? Out of curiousity
  14. Sorry, Im not sure what you mean here. A profile/avatar is shown when it's a content item, and shows the relevant profile photo or avatar. As this isnt a content item, Im not sure what profile photo you would expect this to show?
  15. While I agree, and we do where we can, these are generally unexpected by definition. So at times it simply wont be possible because of where its broken. Of course its always something that can be improved on, so do fully appreciate the suggestion. Just wanted to make you aware of the possible reasons at times
  16. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  17. There was another patch for that issue, so if you apply this, it should resolve the problem
  18. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  19. Are there any particular settings you are changing? Or repetitive actions?
  20. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  21. This is something you would contact your hosting company on if you are unsure how to switch over table types
  22. Please could you provide me an example of what you mean here?
  23. Please could you confirm you have applied the patch, and that this is on the default unaltered theme?
  24. This is correct. It doesnt go back and change all those at present
