  1. Glad to hear you found the cause there, Nigel
  2. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  3. I have tagged someone to give a better answer than I would be able to provide you with here. Please bear with us
  4. Are you referring to who would work on your community here?
  5. You could rebuild the search index to see if that resolves the issue as a first call. If that then doesnt resolve the issue, please let us know and ensure your access details are up to date
  6. Unfortunately, we are unable to log that as a bug lol
  7. OK, so the last screenshot there you dont need. The issue there is unfortunately the OAuth client on wordpress is not set up with the correct details. While I can take a look at the guide, it will not work as you dont actually have the attribute mapping set up as shown on the guide. I understand this is because you cant see it there on the page, but without this, it will indeed break
  8. If its warning on the admin CP then it hasnt been run. It would be worth checking it actually running against PHP 8, as that will cause you issues. I have created a ticket on the pages issue
  9. I've tagged our developers there to see if we can get some assistance for you on this.
  10. Ah, I see the confusion there. The reason you can see "Remove" is because one is set on the 2018 one, but not on the 2017. You set these by opening any image in that category, then using the "Image tools" menu, and selecting "Set". You will see there you can set an image as a cover image
  11. Sorry, there is some real confusion here, as you appear to have done both server and client on the invision side. Please could you describe exactly what it is you are trying to achieve? Are you trying to log into the invision software with your wordpress details, or trying to log into wordpress with your invision details?
  12. There isnt anything on the pages app that does this by default. I suspect this is custom templates there on your articles you are using?
  13. We would need some examples of items you believe should be showing that currently arent. We can then take a look for you and see what is causing those not to show
  14. Sorry to hear you feel that way. We have always worked in the same manner. We do not provide older versions, and advise people to be on the latest release of the software, in order to provide the best service for our software. You can of course choose not to upgrade, and can choose to keep hold of older releases if you wish, but we dont provide them nor support them
  15. Sounds like you had a similar experience to me in that regard
  16. There is nothing that would be too large for us on our cloud. I will get a ticket with you on this so you can discuss with our sales team. In the meantime, please update your access details on file, and we can get this looked into further
  17. Sorry, it seems something was missed there. Please could I confirm you are now using the correct OAUth item on wordpress and have entered the correct URLs?
  18. The location you are looking at there is not actually a valid location used on our network. It seems that has been manually linked at some point from the gallery item, which is why its now disapeared (the link no longer exists)
  19. Please upload a fresh set of file from your client area. The issue there is actually more likely (almost 100% of cases) that the files have not been updated
  20. You can revert the templates if needed on your theme, which would correct the issue
