  1. Is this your site with .com or .org? Please also ensure all access details are up to date
  2. There isnt a way in which to do either of those unfortunately. I am curious as to the use case though? As posts as in order, why would you display them as cards?
  3. Feel free to post that up as a suggestion, however as far as the support issue goes, at present thats working as intended
  4. As mentioned by my colleague, this is an bug in webkit, so its actually in neither the service worker, nor iOS
  5. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  6. You would need to point this out, so Im aware what it is you are referring to. The size of the block is as high as either the user section on the left or the content section on the right. Whichever happens to be larger. There is no way to remove the white section you are referring to there, without making those 2 uneven. If you take a look at the original example there, what would you propose is in its place? Of course you can move the links and the signature up, but that would simply move the white space below it
  7. This isnt whitespace as such. It's the location of the links on the post item. Whether those items are just after the post content or at the bottom of the block, that block would remain the same size. It would either be white under the links, or white above it, as the post bit on the left is still present
  8. Sorry to hear you are not happy with our answers here, however this is not a case of not caring here. This is a case of what you are seeing is actually correct. You are seeing the correct HTML Entities for those characters, which is the way in which they are added in HTML source. When you click the source button, you are viewing HTML source. To change them to what you mention there, would be to make them incorrect.
  9. An incorrect API key is causing that issue, as mentioned in the message. As mentioned, we would need to know where you are seeing this to be of more assistance
  10. As mentioned, its showing you what you have asked for there (the source)
  11. Its actually more likely to be in the groups. Look in Members>Groups, edit the group for that person, and look on the social tab. I suspect, given what you have said there, you have a limit set. This will be why there are only some users seeing them and some not.
  12. Any suggestions that are to be implemented would be added to our blogs. We would not individually come back to suggestion topics to respond on these, and are unable to state things will be added until that point in time, unfortunately
  13. If you take a look at the following page, this will show you the theme changes between these versions (and any version if needed) https://invisioncommunity.com/index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=plugins&do=diff
  14. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  15. I will pass on your concerns. Thank you for your feedback
  16. This is something that will be resolved in a future release
  17. Its not something I would expect an immediate resolution to unfortunately
  18. I have spoken to our developers on this. It is something that we are aware of. Unfortunately it isnt something that is a simple fix at present, for various reasons
  19. Please could you upgrade to the latest release first of all. If you are then still having issues, I can get someone to take a closer look for you
  20. As mentioned, this is actually dictated by the locale being used in a lot of places. Changing this would require customisation
  21. No problem at all. Glad you managed to get it figured out
