  1. Please could you clarify here. Are these what has been amended, or the files you replaced them with? Are you checking if the files have actually been changed?

  3. There isn't a way in which to do this within the core platform at present. I have moved your topic.
  4. I would suggest checking your cron logs. If it's a task, it will likely be showing there. Also, ensure you are running the latest release
  5. I would suggest checking your elasticsearch settings and ensuring that those are correct in the first instance. It sounds very much like they may not be

  18. While you cant delete them as such, you can alter the voting value (admin or moderator can) simply by editing the post. Is there a possibility someone may have done this?
  19. The above is correct, but if you are struggling with anything else, there is a full guide here Its worth noting however, they will be asking you to update analytic to analytics 4, not your adsense
  20. You would have to log out of the client area, and the community. If you are still logged into the client area, it would log you back in. However I do need to make you aware that we do not allow the sharing of accounts (its actually against your TOS). We would also very much advise against doing that on your community. It would be better to just set up the individual users as administrators

  23. If this is the only time its ever happened, I would delete those accounts. If this happens again, please leave the accounts and let us know, and we can get someone to take a closer look

  25. Have you rebuilt the search index since you have done this? Have you also checked to see if you have anything showing in your system logs?
