  1. One thing I would advise here Jeff, is slowing down a little. You stated above you had some issues with email and missing files, however in the next message said you attempted to upgrade. You need to get the site stable before you are attempting the next step, unless that next step is an attempt to get it stable. At present you are running 4.4.10. Its not clear what issue you are having at this point, or what has happened, as you mentioned you run an upgrade yet arent on the latest release, so its unclear what upgrade you ran or if you reverted this from backup in some way
  2. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  3. Glad to hear it was something simple to resolve 🙂
  4. I am actually having no issues visiting your site by the way, so its very likely the issue is on your end there
  5. Sorry, I mean have you checked your server for those specific messages
  6. No problem, and I hope you manage to get the issue resolved
  7. Sorry to hear of your frustration here, however we do know why. Our server interacts with the location mentioned above, for purposes of login and verification /index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=marketplace Your server is reporting 403, which is access denied. We are unable to determine the reason why your server is returning that message, as unfortunately we are not your hosting company.
  8. Unfortunately, there isnt much else we can assist with, as the issue is not software related. That message means its not actually reaching your server
  9. Only your hosting company will be able to answer this question as if it's not being reached, it's not even getting as far as the software.
  10. Have you checked with your email sender to see if emails are actually being sent? I know you have said you are not receiving, but that may well be the first call you should make
  11. Generally you would bypass word filters for some groups in this scenario. It would not be for one specific word though, but rather for all. You can do this within groups. I would say however, if one group is not doing so, why would you need to bypass it?
  12. No problem 🙂 It happens
  13. The correct way would be to restore, however you could try creating with this if CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS `core_sys_cp_sessions` ( `session_id` varchar(128) CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci NOT NULL DEFAULT '', `session_ip_address` varchar(46) CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci NOT NULL DEFAULT '', `session_member_name` varchar(255) CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci NOT NULL DEFAULT '', `session_member_id` bigint UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT '0', `session_location` varchar(255) CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci NOT NULL DEFAULT '', `session_log_in_time` int NOT NULL DEFAULT '0', `session_running_time` int NOT NULL DEFAULT '0', `session_url` text CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci, `session_app_data` mediumblob, PRIMARY KEY (`session_id`), KEY `session_running_time` (`session_running_time`), KEY `session_member_id` (`session_member_id`) )
  14. Ive not seen this happen on my end, or seen other reports of it. If you test this in a different browser, do you get the same result?
  15. I have created a ticket on this, so we can take a look for you
  16. You need to check your database to see if that table has crashed and rectify from there. You may need to recover that table from a database backup if its not present
  17. Glad to hear you now resolved the issue. If you have the same problem on the next update however, please let us know
  18. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  19. Are you visiting on the same device?
  20. On taking a look at this, please could you disable all 3rd party applications and plugins and have them test this. You have a few things there that interact with that process
  21. Yes, the bug was fixed in 4.7.1. It may well be the resource was removed before that point
  22. Glad to hear you have that issue resolved 🙂
  23. That is mysql configuration. You would need to contact your hosting company on this
  24. Have you first of all looked at the block manager to ensure the database is actually on the page? The most likely scenario is that someone has unintentionally removed the block
  25. Please disable 3rd party items and test this again first of all. I see there are 2 loaded at the point those errors occurred
