  1. I have moved the topic to our developer connection forum, which is better placed for questions like these. 🙂
  2. Sorry, please could you clarify here what you are trying to do?
  3. Ive created a ticket on that for you, so we can get it looked into further
  4. I can certainly assure you we do indeed consider what should be added 🙂
  5. Thank you for letting us know 🙂
  6. You have an old widget/block added to the page there that isnt compatible with the latest release
  7. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  8. Could you please clarify what you have done already to set this up? There should be no need to add anything to the code, other than adding your google analytics code into the analytics section
  9. Also ensure you have no other blocks on your site calling out, or calls in to index.php?app=core&module=marketplace&controller=onboard
  10. Provided you have everything, you shouldnt really need to get it up and running. You should be able to so the former there.
  11. That would indeed seem to be the case. Doesnt seem to be everyone though, which is odd. But then thats why the devs handle the devvy things
  12. I realise you would like this resolving, and we are aware of it. Just thought I would let you know, as noticed you posted it a few times
  13. I have created a ticket on this, so we can take a closer look at the issue
  14. You would need to add these to the suggestions area, if you wish to see changes to those
  15. What version of PHP are you using there? And could you please give me a link to that topic?
  16. It would if you could, yes
  17. It depends on when we are ready, to be honest
  18. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  19. We would not add the facility to downgrade. If you are concerned about there being possible bugs in a release, you could always wait a few days to see the feedback from others on any issues, just as a suggestion.
  20. Have you applied all the latest patches? (there have been more than one) on your site? I ask as I cannot replicate this on my own instance
  21. Could you please contact the member and ask if there were any issues on signup?
  22. Please post that in a separate topic if you would like assistance there, so as to not get this mixed with the twitter issue 🙂
  23. No problem. Get back to us when you have that information
  24. With regard database, please dont be trying to delete tables out of there unless you are 100% sure on what you are doing. This could cause you more issues than you are trying to solve, and at present I note from your other ticket, you already have issues with your mysql setup. In terms of the items above, some of these are simply not an option, such as deleting tags that are no longer used. They are always retained. Other items I would need an example of, such as slugs not attached to an item, as there shouldnt be any. In terms of content items such as comments and posts, there wouldnt be any that dont have a category, as they have to belong somewhere. This leaves attachments. I understand you may wish to clean up attachments which have been orphaned from older releases, but please bear in mind this is an issue from older releases and shouldnt need a tool for them, as the situation itself no longer occurs. I would ask yourself what issue you are trying to solve here, as you appear to be causing yourself more problems than you are resolving at present. This is certainly not a dig in any way, but more of an observation.
  25. Have you checked to ensure your tables are not using compact row format?
