  1. We can certainly get you sorted out
  2. If this is the only time its ever happened, I would delete those accounts. If this happens again, please leave the accounts and let us know, and we can get someone to take a closer look
  3. You would need to speak to your email provider on that
  4. Have you rebuilt the search index since you have done this? Have you also checked to see if you have anything showing in your system logs?
  5. Yes. The settings you were in within your screenshots, you should not be in that screen at all for this. Please see the guide shown
  6. If you are not getting emails from multiple different sources, its very likely the email receiver rather than sender. I would suggest checking spam folders, and even checking with your email provider first of all
  7. They are completely separate functions. Promotion is what you are looking at there, but you should be looking at sharing. Please see here
  8. To clarify the usage here Promote to social media - This is a tool aimed at the site owner to give the ability to promote content to their social media page Share to social media (and other places) - This is the tool for your users to use to share to their social media
  9. The only thing I would include, is to run the requirement checker before upgrading to the latest release
  10. As mentioned in the setting, it is actually possible for the IP to be spoofed when using that setting. Not always maliciously, I might add. When using that setting, its using the IP that is provided by the proxy, and therefore if that proxy is providing the wrong IP address, then the wrong IP will be shown
  11. Glad to hear things are working for you 🙂
  12. Sorry, Chris. The setting above should have been "Trust IP addresses provided by proxies?"
  13. Unfortunately, we do not provide older versions of the platform for download, so your only option at present is to upgrade to the latest release of the platform unless of course you already have the files to upgrade to from an earlier release. Upgrading to an earlier release however can have downfalls even in that scenario, in that if you have an issue, you would not be supported (you would be asked to use the latest release), you would be using a version with known bugs, and more importantly, you would be upgrading to a version which has known security issues that have been resolved in later releases
  14. Have you tried replacing this with an altered copy from a download first of all? This is what was suggested above, not to add an old version
  15. Please clear your site cache in the support area of your admin CP first of all, and then test again. Also, please reset the editor to default if you have added any manual items there
  16. Glad to hear you have the issue resolved 🙂
  17. The above being the case, its extremely likely this is being blocked by your incoming email provider. I would advise on checking this first of all
  18. Very glad to hear you have everything resolved 🙂
  19. It would give you only the latest entries, but it would mean they can export on a constant basis if thats what they are looking to achieve
  20. The only way that can really happen is if its being proxied in some way. Do you have the following switched on? System>Settings>Advanced Configuration>Check IP address when validating session?
  21. You would then be giving out the unique key anyway. There isnt really anything to keep secure as such on this one
  22. Could you please let me know what you mean by experiencing malicious redirects. Are they getting a suspected message as you mention above, or is something actively being redirected? If the latter, you need to investigate that with your hosting company. You should upload a fresh set of files from your client area (a full set) and run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade
  23. As Im unable to replicate this, I would need an example I can take a look at
  24. If you are having issues, it may be best to employ someone to do this migration on your behalf. There are quite a few people out there offering this service in the providers area, if thats something you are interested in https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers/
