The Achievements systems is tied to how many Points you have. Is there an easy way to see how many points users have? We now have too many Grand Masters and I want to change the points required to get there.

We have a pages block in 4.3.6 with the following custom html code <div class="ipsLayout_right" class="ccsBase ccsBlock"> <h2>Forum Sponsors</h2> <table class='Forum Sponsors'> <tr><td align='center'>HEADING HERE</td></tr> <tr><td align='center'><a href="URL HERE" target="_blank" title="Click here to view ADVERT"> <img src="IMAGE URL HERE" ></a></td></tr> </table> This works fine in 4.3 - yet when we do a trial upgrade to 4.6.x the formatting is wrong (centre) We did ask Invision, but outside their support so all help appreciated

Just wondering what other users of Invision think about using the Tapatalk App on your forum. While I don't use it personally, our forum does have the app installed. However, from some recent reading on security issues, I'm feeling it may be a good thing to remove. Does anyone else have feelings about this as it relates to their Invision forums? From all the reading that I've done, it would seem better to use only the Invision Mobile settings/app, is that correct? Our forum has been around for some years and we have a lot of older members. While they don't always take to change, this seems worth the effort, as we're trying to improve site security.

Hey guys, Jordan here. I upgraded my own community to 4.6 finally (yassss). I have been looking everywhere, but can't seem to figure out how to change the date/time format from Posted on July 31, 2021 to "today" or 3 hours ago. Instead, it's showing the full date. I took a look at the page below but would love some insight from the community 🙏

In the beginning it did worked fine but for some reason the forum does not display my last subjects in my profile now. Idk why but it does work for other users. I saw that it started to look like this after an amount of subjects or post. Like 4-5, if you have 2-3 it does work fine. Then if you make some new post it does show well the last one The link to the forum is raii.ro/forum

Hi all, I am running a sidebar advertisement on all my community, but I dont whant to show it in some specific Pages (for "Pages" I mean webpages designed with Pages Builder in Pages App). Actually, the target is to don't show the sidebar at all in these pages. Sidebar is showing only because of the running adv. Any quick solution? Maybe we can insert a "non content" tag in these pages, given that adv are not showed in non content pages by deafult? Thank you all!

Anyone else experiencing slow reception on e-mails sent through the Contact Us on the front page of the forum. Yesterday afternoon we changed the System/Settings/Contact Us from receiving messages via the Support Ticket option to sending messages to a listed e-mail address at the forum domain name. As a trial run, another staff member sent two e-mails through the forum Contact Us link. Both of those messages have still not arrived (almost 24 hours later). After waiting a couple hours, we added a second e-mail address (this time a GMail address) to the settings. Then, we sent a third trial message through the forum contact. This is odd. I have 2 sites using ip.suite. They are on the same server. If I try to post on them, one of them works fine and the other one won't post no matter what. The post button changes to saying posting and just sits there. This site (this Invision company site) looked like it was going to do it also. But then it posted, just was slow doing it. Just odd that one site is behaving differently than the other, whether it be my internet or whatever else it could be. Using same browser on both too. I assume it's not related to the invision software, so posted in this forum, but who knows... maybe it's a combo of issues, since one works and one doesn't. …

I began archiving posts on my forum within the past year since I can't prune them anymore and today one of my users reported some of his old threads that have multiple pages show zero replies and he can't access or see them. However, when I looked at the threads they do show the other pages. Another user said he could see them but several others reported having the same issue with being unable to see the other pages or posts in the thread. So I appear to have an issue where some people can see the posts on multiple threads and some can't. is there a way to create an usergroup that completely mirrors another group, i know we can copy an usergroup, but afterward, any group based config change means i have additional group to handle (easy human error prompt) and there are lot of group base permissions goal here is to create "for show" usergroup, if there are other way to achieve that beside usergroup let me know

Hoping someone here can help me out with this, as the Support Ticket answer says it's a theme issue. Just since the newest upgrade (after the Member Title was moved into "Retained" fields), we need to restore the Member Title. I've followed the directions posted here for restoration: However, now every member who had a custom title before now shows in two Profile Fields -- "Rank" and "Member Title". In the AdminCP, we can edit/remove/add into the Member Title field. But the "Rank" field is only showing publicly, but cannot be edited anywhere in the AdminCP. Trying to get the Like Button to appear with a clear image. I've made a 500x500 pixel PNG image. It looks clear in every viewer I try it in, as well as in the uploaded area in the Admin CP -- but out on the public forum, it's very out of focus and fuzzy. Friends i purchased IPS4.6 a couple weeks ago and have been running it fine, i have a small community and have pretty much established my site. I went back today and purchased the Blog, Gallery, Pages and Downloads add ons. My question is, how do i install them ? I did not see a way to download each new app. Just a download for the entire IPS suite. Do i upload the entire suite ? Will there be an upgrade choice? Will my current site not be harmed ? Any help will do on this subject.

Hello Guys, As everyone must already know, since June 2, 2021, Google started to use as one of the ranking criteria the speed of the site and such of the "Core Web Vitals". I'm trying to improve the speed of the forum mainly for mobile which is the one with the lowest score. For that I did some tests with LiteSpeed, which for Wordpress was a big change and solved all the speed problems, now with IPB I'm not able to find a setting that makes a difference. Do any of you use LiteSpeed in Self Hosted? what is the best setting for the .htaccess file? Thanks in advance.
