Can the ability to search our own support tickets in the client area be added? I'm having a bit of Deja-Bug right now and I think it was addressed by you guys already, and can't find it.

As I understand it, the setting to control the max age of posts searchable applies to both content streams and the regular search function. I've got a ten year archive of posts I've made a point of keeping searchable. I'd like to give users the option of searching as far back as they need, while having my server brought to its knees by streams. Can we have the settings be independent of each other? Also, is there no longer an option to use imagemagic instead of libgd in the gallery? IM gives vastly superior results and I would prefer to be able to still use it. I'd also like to know if it's no longer used so I can uninstall it from my server.

I'm loving everything about IPS 4 at the moment except for how groups have to be managed by administrators. I'd love to see an app or a new feature that allows administrators to set "ownership" of a group so that they can add members to it as they need. I've tried Group Collaboration and I don't think this does what I need it to.

When logging into paypals dev site, I noticed they were talking about v.zero (another paypal company) and they are accepting PayPal, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Venmo, Bitcoin and most credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diner’s Club. Would be nice to get an update to what we have already since we already have the ability to support paypal. One of my previous posts (https://community.invisionpower.com/topic/407519-bitcoin-via-stripe/) I mentioned that Stripe can accept bitcoin as well. I have two databases that are not using categories however if you choose Managed Followed Content the option for the managing the Categories appears. These links should not be present for database that don't use categories.

It may be just me but its a bit of noise having an entry for someone following a topic they just created - since this is automated process - and the micro second that the records are created in the database at times they appear out of order - sometimes the follow activity shows before the post itself. I would much prefer to see manual actions – if someone manually followed content – as that would indicate user engagement.

The WYSIWYG editor widget is a block you get with the pages app. I think this should be a standard widget in the "System" dropdown for the front end widget editing. I am going ot upgrade my pages app but I want to let people know via the WYSIWYG editor and not an annocment.

I'm afraid this product just isn't ready yet for prime time (at least not for me)... Too bad because I really like what I see - aside from the bugs that is. The first thing I did was create a new database, and tried adding a record. After I hit submit, I got an error code: Huh, I wasn't trying to view anything!? Then I added a second record, and got the same error code. Fine. Moving along, I then I tried to actually view the new record and get the same error code. Uh. OK... Then when I click on the activity stream, I get this: Soooooo... Too bad, because I really love this new version and think that IPS hit this one out of …

I lost a corporate client in part to our inadequate polling feature. I could see it coming, having asked for this off and on for 7 years. Please please improve it. 1) Allow guest polling - please provide the option of allowing guests to vote. No reputable website expects people to register just to vote in a poll. When you limit to members-only you get the same members voting, in limited fashion. 2) Ability to hide results - allowing people to see the results skews the polling. There should be an option available to hide the results until a specific date( and/or other parameters). It's crazy that we have to use "survey monkey" to do something that should be s…

On my site many post large content with 100-500 images. After upgrading from 3.4 its much more difficult to paste many images since the editor does not have a preview button or support to paste multiple image links at once from example photobucket that most uses. You have to post on link and then enter for it to show as a image. Its much easier to post the links to all images and then look at the images where to add the text. But since the editor does not support this and no preview button its not possible. Many members don't post large show and shine posts any more on my car detailing site because of this issue.

Let's say that I want to change or upload a new screenshot. I click on Edit Details. I click on "Click here if you would like to upload a new version of the file or screenshot" Then I realize that the entire 20 MB file has been deleted. Because I wanted to upload a new screenshot ... This workflow really needs to change. Uploading a screenshot should ostensibly be done from the front-end, directly on the file page similar to Profile images. At the very worst, it shouldn't delete my file which has nothing to do with screenshots.

This element needs to go above not in the footer - and the menu items need to slide down when the Live preview is active. When the live preview is active you can't scroll down to see the menu items -

it would be much easier to read if the default sort order for a Q&A topic was sorted by date (like traditional forums) the default "by rating" is very hard to weave the each participants thought process especially if there is followups or commentary, form original author.

on the older version you can filter acitivty stream to file comments only, this is good for moderation purpose. but for whatever reason you removed that ability on the 4.1.x why? makes no sense to have redundant options Content items, comments, and reviews Content items it should just be comments and reviews so moderator can easier check if comments and reviews for spams.

Please make the title of the Activity Stream page show the number of new items so that you don't have to check the page every time to see if there's anything you to. Similarly to how Twitter does it: I also think it's ironic that the only time the tab will show anything is if you get disconnected from the internet and it is no longer updating. Then you'll see a giant black pause button. But nothing when there's actually something new

It might be a good idea to pre-populate the profanity filter with some common words, or else make it easier to find a list. I've spent at least 20 minutes searching and wandering through the documentation / support / marketplace trying to find a list to import, and I can't find anything. - David
