Don’t show hidden categories in stream

When categories are turned off for a Pages database, the records are stored in a hidden default category “Records” for that database. 
It looks like this category name is now exposed in the 4.1 streams: [Someone] posted a [something] in Records. 

But if categories are turned off, there is no way for users to change that name, nor should there be an need to change it in the first place. It should automatically show a useful term derived from the database settings. The link itself already correctly falls back to the database’s main page, not a category link.
