Was this really removed?

A lot of our members and staff liked being able to remove their signature from individual posts for various pinned topics, etc.. that their own signature didn't need to be listed for.

Agreed. I like to remove my signature when commenting on obituary and condolence posts in particular, and items such as administrative spankings where humor and or mock self-aggrandizement is out of place for that one post. 

I would love to have this too.  It makes sense that a signature can be disabed on certain sensitive or other posts that arnet relevent to a signature

This was great for admins to make official posts or announcements but remove the funny sig.

I don't know if product feedback posts do any good or not. I never see IPS staff comment on anything in this board really.
