Kirill N
I created this topic on the 4.1 site and got a response from Lindy but never got to see any other responses because that site is not available anymore. So I thought I ask about it here again -- could you please add an option to disable embedding of topics/blog entries/gallery albums etc. (but not external media such as Twitter and YouTube)? Management Matt Posted October 23, 2015 Management Share Posted October 23, 2015 We could add this, but it wouldn't be retroactive due to the way the post data is saved. So, for example, you might disable it today but that would not affect all the posts made to date. Likewise, if you switched it back on, it wouldn't update existing posts to embed them. h-y-b-r-i-d
Is this about disabling internal and external seperatly? Or at present you can disable anything? I really want to disable embedding and also the post preview pop ups, both serve no real purpose other than clutter.

I'm not the only one to wonder how they survived the 3.4 feature cut then, curious if anyone ever uses them at all
