I used to use 'view member profile' a lot when viewing a member in the ACP but it's gone now, or am I just being dumb and missing it? It's a royal pain to have to search the member each time when it used to just be one click. Can anyone help, has it just been hidden away?

We're looking to remove the IDs from URLs to clean them up, and to possibly omit some categories in the structure. I've looked and tried to adjust the Friendly URLs features under the Advanced Settings, with Rewrite URL activated in the SEO section. I uploaded the htaccess required, but still have troubles when trying to adjust the URLs and remove the ID from them. On occasion when I have removed the ID from the URL, it's simply added "/id=123" at the end of the URL. Is there no way of removing the ID from the URL altogether? When attempting to do so, I came across either the above-mentioned problem, or errors of the page not being found.

In Database options, there's a setting to sort records. Below shows the sort default "Record ID". I created a custom field that I use to sort records. When I change the sorting to my custom field, the sorting does not update on the website. However, the records sort correctly in the ACP. I want all members to see the same sorting, so I removed the Sort by button on the website. What can I do to force the record sorting so all members see the records in the same order?

Hi guys, I need to add a tracking tag within the <head> tag, but only in a few selected pages. We have Pages installed, and these pages belong to the same database, so I wonder if there is something we could edit somewhere that would apply this code only for that database. Of course we can write a plugin to achieve what we need, but I am wondering if there is an out-of-the-box solution first. Best regards, Gabe.

Right now my community is on a cloud hosting plan. Is it normal that I don't see any ways to backup? I cannot find it in my Admin CP. I am asking this because some members of my community voiced their valid question about the regularity of backup. Right now I cannot answer them, nor can I find the answer myself.

Hello, I upgraded my board tonight from the very old 3.4 to the latest 4.3.3. It's about a month i'm doing tests on a test server with a 1:1 copy of my forum. While conducting these tests, it happened like 5 / 6 times that the board lost completely all css and js files (they're not in the html at all). The only solution every time was restarting the conversion from scratch. Further checking into this , this morning i found that the uploads/css_built_* and uploads/javascript_* folders (where rendered css and js files are stored) has just disappeared. This time it happened as i installed the tapatalk plugin (both admin cp and board lost all css/js) but in my tests…

We've been on IPS for several months now after converting from XenForo and it appears Google has updated all SERPs to the new IPS URLs. I understand it provides automatic redirects from the old URLs to IPS URLs. I don't believe we need these redirects anymore. Is there any harm in uninstalling the Converter application?

Since I updated to 4.3.4 I can not see the images that are uploaded in the themes. As an user or an Administrator when I try to edit posts. The images are upload correctly and you can see, but not listed in uploaded images area. For example, in this post are images, but When I try to edit it I see this. Also, if I try to upload an existing file I see this: I tested with Safari, Firefox and Chrome.

Hi everyone, Does such a function exist? Majority of my SPAM is from people trying to promote their YouTube channels OR Discord server invite links. At the moment I've applied moderation to we need to approve their first few posts, this works well but is tedious. I would really like to automate this if possible. I looked at the 4.3 Automatic Community Moderation features and this might work but I'm looking for something more reactive before members are exposed to the SPAM.

Hello! I have been attempting for the last month or so to install ArrowChat on my community - or rather, have a technician install it - but the technician wants to know "how to put physical files on the server via SSH or FTP" and I don't know how this is done. Is it possible to control what kind of content from the other apps is automatically posted on user profiles? I am using the gallery app and I don't want my users profile pages to look like this (see image below) when they create a new album and upload a bunch of photos. I just want the entry "gallery album" to be visible on user profile pages - and NOT every "gallery image" posted. Please tell me there is a way to fix this?

Good day folks, I have set up my Oauth for Word Press, using "Option B" at this tutorial https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/how-to-use-ips-community-suite/social-sign-in/43-and-above/wordpress-r304/ I have followed the instructions verbatim, when I go to test the configuration at the miniOrange oauth plugin on my Word Press site, I get this error message: I went ahead and installed the login button per instructions, for the Word Press site, and I am still getting the same error message, has anyone had any experience with this? After upgrade to 4.3 start applications from the admin center and perform tasks. But occasionally an error is thrown: "Sorry, you do not have permission for that! 1S111 / 1 Out of range value for column 'topics' at row 1". I press F5 and after 20-30 seconds again an error. What could be the matter?
