On some of my user galleries I'm getting multiple Template gallery/front/view/imageLightboxFrame is throwing an error. This is random and not on all members galleries. Is there a way to fix this? I've tried the support tool, re-created the default template over again and now am pretty much stumped. I'm running the latest forum and gallery software. Default stock template with only logo changed. Thanks!

Hi, I try to update large project on our test server. There 36 hours since I have started. I have to execute plenty of manual actions again and again like this one: Some of them require some seconds, another run for 5 to 20 minutes. Is it really a way how upgrade works on the large databases? I cannot stay awake for 48 hours while upgrading live server to just start manual actions. Is there any way to make it in reasonable amount of time? Thanks.

There is no option to ban members from topic titles editing. AdminCP has only Content - Editing: Can edit own content? Personal Conversations Status Updates Topics Videos or All / None The content must not be locked. If opt-out for Topics, there is no more chance to edit topic title as well as first message (post), but i need to limit only topic title editing for members.

One of my forums currently runs on a cloud VPS and the disk is just about full. I am wondering if it's possible to save attachments to a second disk attached the server, as I can't upgrade the OS disk, but I can add a second disk? If so how do I do that?

I've only just noticed that the age in years shown for the daily birthday list changes at some point during the day, updating to the correct new age from what would have been correct prior to the birthday. I first noticed it a couple of days ago, but thought I was seeing things. I've now been able to confirm it. To explain in more detail, if someone's turning 50 on a particular day, and they show in the birthdays list in the sidebar, it will show their age as 49 initially (leading you to believe they're turning 49, rather than 50). Then at some point during the day that I've yet to determine, the number will increment to the correct value. Any idea what's going …

After unsuccessfully researching on Google, the Admin CP and Marketplace, I'm turning to the community for potential problem-solving. This is a question about data portability. I am faced with one member wishing to leave the community. They request a copy of all their content. I would like to help with this. While the Admin CP allows me to "Download personal information", this does not include any actual content. Is there another way to export content on an individual account level?

Hello, I'm curious if it's possible to create a custom feed from the community calendar and export it in the forum and publish it as an iCal file. What I would like to do is create an iCal subscription thing that only covers a certain subset of events in the main calendar--for example, all events in Texas. Is this possible?

To start, we have a high traffic site so the statistics here should be fairly reasonable... The issue.... a big drop off in organic traffic after upgrading from 4.2 to 4.3. Here is my online user tracking. Upgrade to 4.3.x was last weekend (~29th July). Blue is all users, purple is guests and orange is members. The drop off is in purple (guests). I have the registration page forwarded to the subscriptions page now I am looking for a way to do a Q&A before guests can use the Subscription page at all. or a way to password protect the subscription page. reasons are forum is invited only, not for the public.
