Hi all, Hope someone can help me out as I am experiencing a serious problem and don't know how to solve. I already asked Invision for support but don't get response for already a couple of hours. I'm running a website and using Two Factor Authentication for my administrators and moderators. Since this afternoon I'm not longer able to log in with TFA (Google). It doesn't accept the code. The result is that no one of my administrators and moderators is able to log in. Could someone please advise how to disable Two Factor Authentication (Google) and restore access to my website? I use proton mail for my personal email as well as all email related to my site. Nothing sent from IPS (registration emails etc) makes it through to proton mail. I've tested with gmail which is working fine. Is this likely a problem with proton mail, my server's email configuration, or with IPS itself? Given that gmail works I'm tempted to rule out my server config but want to be certain.

We had a developer create an app that integrates Infusionsoft with our IPB a few years ago. We uninstalled the app a few years ago, but we were told yesterday that it is still sending "thousands" of calls per second to our Infusionsoft account. Here is the call that is being sent to Infusionsoft: http://www.fastbusinessforum.com/applications/fbfinfusionsoft/interface/resthook.php The app name was fbfinfusionsoft. When we go to the applications this application is no longer installed: https://d.pr/i/K1SCAS What am I missing? How do I disable this from sending the calls to Infusionsoft?

I've put a 1 month free trial of my subscriptions on my site Couple of questions: 1) What's to stop a member taking the free trial, then taking another free trial, then another free trial etc? 2) None of those having a free trial have put any payment info in - is that done at the end of the free trial? 3) Do the invoices for subscriptions get PM'd to the member or just emailed? (I have many with incorrrect email addresses and they won't update to their real ones)

I'm needing to turn off archiving. This is supposedly an option and I have seen an image of the page with the option to turn off. But here is my archive page: No where to turn off. I am using the cloud service and have a suspicion they may be forcing this, but I can't find any where on the web or in admin mentioning this. Am I missing something obvious?

Hello, Each post inside the topic contains a link to the user profile with the strange query parameter "wr". The same situation with picture comments inside albums. Example: mydomain.com/profile/13967-ajna/?wr=eyJhcHAiOiJmb3J1bXMiLCJtb2R1bGUiOiJmb3J1bXMtY29tbWVudCIsImlkXzEiOjkxOTksImlkXzIiOjE4MTU2NH0= This prefix is visible only for administrator. Guests and Members do not see this parameter. What is it? Is it possible to remove this parameter? P.S. My forum was recently migrated from VBulletin 4.

Hi there, I'm looking for a tool or bookmarklet that allows me to quickly and easily store articles from other websites etc. in a Pages database - e.g. headline, the first 200 characters, a screenshot and the url. Does anyone know such a thing? I know Links Directory and it's great, but I want to have an own database and not an app/plugin.

New to 4.5. Actually I'm new to IPB in general. It seems 15 years ago I used my website address to receive emails to my Google Chrome account I don't how I did it. My IPB is www.home2000.com, still under construction. So I would use bob@home2000.com. If someone sent me email to that address it would end up in my Google Chroma email program, which is what I want. I'm not sure if there's some settings within IPB or Chrome that I have to set up. Bob

My tiny little site will reach one million posts soon. Two things. The front page stats claim I am at 999,008 under Forums Statistics. The database table forums_posts says I am at ~891,007. Which is correct? That's a huge discrepancy. Also, any tips on a query to find the millionth post? Thanks

My website AngelsWin.com has been running great and I haven't made any changes for some time in the admin panel, but suddenly just 30 minutes ago it won't render my website or forums. This is the error I get.. Any thoughts? I reached out to support as my website is hosted by Invision in their cloud services.

Hello all, I am trying to move one of my IPS FORUM sites to another MYSQL server. When I run the migration wizard in MYSQL WORKBENCH (latest version), I get the error below. Please note that I am on MYSQL 8.x (very current versions on both servers). MIGRATION WARNINGS, EXPAND TO VIEW core_message_posts Indicies msg_post ->Truncated key column length for column from 0 to 255 Obviously I am asking this because I don't want to have any data loss while migrating. I've migrated many MYSQL databases but have never seen this. Thoughts? Thanks!

Hi all, I'm trying to write a quick script on my site to expose some details about the currently logged in user, based on the active session, and it's been a bit of a struggle so far. Hi all, I'm trying to find where or how I can update the registration page? I've found some bits and pieces but specifically I want to add classes to change how the labels of the form look, like where it says "Display Name" etc https://gyazo.com/ed1f84250eb122cafe2185ef6adb0c78.png Also I'd like to remove the "REQUIRED" span. Maybe I am blind and do not recognize an option that already exists, but how can I restore older revisions of content that has been edited by a user? Example: A user posts an answer in a topic. After 5 minutes he edits it. Now I want to restore the older content. I can see the revision history, but there is no option like "jump back to this revision". It seems all I can do is to 1.) open the revision history, 2.) Ctrl+C the content that I want to restore, 3.) close the revision history, 4.) edit the post of the user 5.) paste the older content and then 6.) save the changes. Is there an easier way?
