since the update we can no longer see the time of posting in the forum on the mobile phone. On the desktop it is as always, on the phone the info is missing.

Where can I set this?

Your post bit header appears customized. Test on a default theme on your site and if the date shows on the default theme, I'd recommend contacting the author of your theme for assistance. Failing that, test with the English language pack, and if the date shows when using the English language pack I'd recommend contacting the author of your language pack.

They are looking to have the time back on mobile. The new IPS default theme for 4,5 does not have the time on mobile:
