Hello, Although I've set that moderators can mark posts as solved they don't see this button. I enabled it for almost every forum. Only topic starters can see this button. Do I have to activate this anywhere else? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hey people. So I did a complete mess up with my forums... I accidentally misplaced or 'deleted/overwrote' my board guidelines page (Pages) and had to upload a full backup to a separate directory (subdomain) but I'm unsure what the non-fURL link is to the board guidelines. Does anyone know? EDIT: I'm a genius! Fixed it. Thank goodness for dedicated server system and account backups!

Hi everyone, I downloaded some emoticons from freepik (PNG - px 512 x 512 - 155 DPI) that I would like to add to the custom emoji. I would like to know what is the correct procedure to insert them, as they are too large, reducing them to 20 px excessively lose sharpness. 🙂 Thanks in advance!

Hello, since the upgrade to 4.5.x all numbers on our site are being displayed without the thousands separator (i.e. total post number in post bit or leaderboard). How can I fix this? Thanks for any help in advance

Hello I recently started investigating externally hosting some of our content (images, downloads etc) on soemthing like S3. I started small and it went well. I set the downloads folder to be stored on digital ocean spaces and to move files across. It seems to have moved some and is stuck on others. I now have a notification tell me that task queue has been running for too long and might be misconfigured. Background tasks are slowly building up and attempting to run them manually gets stuck on starting forever. It seems during this time that invisioncommunity software is trying to upload the files and failing. Unfortunately this has left this site in a bit of a weird…

mysql mysql 17G Feb 1 13:32 ipbcore_output_cache.ibd In the last few weeks, I began to notice that my database volume has been starting to fill up quicker than normal. When I went to check the file sizes, I noticed this ipbcore_output_cache file in the MySQL folder and it was 17GB. When I tried to find this in phpMyAdmin, it doesn't show a table called ipbcore_output_cache (just ipbcore_cache). Searching Google results in no pages found. Searching this site shows no pages found. Any idea what it might be and why it's so huge?

There seems to be some glitch right now which is making it impossible to merge threads properly. My goal is to simple take thread A and merge it into thread B while keeping the original top post and author of thread B. As far as I can tell this is 100% impossible right now. If I check topic A, select merge and give it the URL for topic B, it keeps the top post and author from topic A. If I check topic B, select merge and give it the URL for topic A, it keeps the top post and author from topic A. I just bought a plugin but when i click on "Download this file" i only get a popup telling me the following: Yeah im oldschool. I want to download my plugin and save it on my hdd. I then want to manually upload it through the acp to install as i always did for decades. So question is how do i download plugins to my local hdd? I do not want to use that app store crap.

Not sure if I am crazy or not. I created a Record Feed block in the back end. I am certain it had a white background, then it didn't.... I created a Record feed block in the front end... and there it is white background. Still don't know if I am crazy or not......;) Left is the front end one, right is the back end Custom Block.

Hi everyone, I recently bought the Invision suite and I've done a fresh install. After that I've noticed a few weird behaviors: Can't see Sign In/Sign Up buttons Can't see any thread content Can't post anything (Editor always say this field is required error message) - It includes stuff in Admin panel Here's what I've done so far: Checked and disabled every known caching tool (Didn't find anything server side) Disabled/Enabled friend urls Reinstall the entire suite Please guys, I need help understanding what's going on. I'm trying to spend some time every day lurking in these forums and playing on a test site to learn and get myself calibrated to what will be required for the migration I am planning.
