Awstats (Cpanel) showing that people are accessing this page on my forum (37656 hits so far in this month) https://mydomain.com/forum/offline/ Looks like robots are getting that page and displaying some users. Then users are stock in that page.... Weird I do replicate the link and got below screenshot... My board is not offline nor turned offline lately. I am not offline, nor internet is down... Hello. I run into an issue with my board. I did a fresh IPS 4.7.5 install and converted there a database from phpbb 3.3.9. Once all the background processes were finished, I've decided to merge the admin account I've installed the IPS board with together with my admin account from the phpbb3 database. I did a database backup before that. Something went wrong and I couldnt log in on the merged account anymore. I've been getting the wrong password error. I've tried to use "forgotten password", but nothing was sent to my email adress. I kept getting "You're account is blocked for the next 14 minutes". It kept on showing even after over 30 have passed. Hello, I've changed the domain from (nwest.com) to (forum.nwest-rp.com) and I need to wait for a technician to update my domain, but it's 3 days... IDK if I applied the wrong DNS or not. Looks like Unread Content has a bug with the year? Currently unread posts are from last year: And when you check the 'All Activity', you can clearly see anything that is posted this year I haven't read it but it doesn't show up on the Unread Content Stream??! My migration is a little messy and a lot of old links are broken. Is there a way to redirect like a 404 to a good page instead of giving the user the "The page you requested does not exist" message? In other words, can broken links should be redirected to my forum index page?

I have an older version of IPB and I am getting ready to upgrade, but I just noticed that the admin panel won't load no matter how I try to access it. All other functions work as far as postings and forums, but I am unable to maintain the site in anyway without access to the admin panel. It keeps giving me... EX145 Something went wrong. Please try again. If anyone knows how to fix this or even where to look, please let me know. Is there a way to just go ahead and upgrade and allow the upgrade to install a working database? I could really use some help figuring this one out as I have no backups that have a working admin panel to restore to.

Hi, We recently updated our server from PHP7.4 to PHP8.1, and then updated our website to IPS 4.7.5 using the manual way (get files from Client Area, upload them, and then run the upgrader), the upgrade ran successfully, but our website is broken. The default theme just shows a blank screen, and adding any new theme from the Marketplace only loads the text (so I guess the CSS isn't loading for new themes). The Admin CP works perfectly fine, so I've disabled all applications and plugins, used the "Please also try disabling any third party customizations." functionality to disable all modifications, cleared system cache multiple times, etc. But …

Hello, How can I bulk remove users from a user group? When I do a custom search in ACP, I have the option to prune and move, but I don't want to move users to another user group. I only want to remove them from a specific user group. How can I bulk remove users whose registration has the VALIDATING status? I can't find a way to do it. Besides, every time I try to delete one manually, ACP will switch to VIEW ALL users again, disregarding the VALIDATING tab selection. It makes the process super slow. Thanks

Hi, After what I believe was caused by issues with a plugin that has since been removed, some members have two active purchases where one is actually expired, but with an expiration date set in the future. I've attached a couple of screenshots to show what I mean. The first screenshot shows the active purchases, the second shows the details of the first purchase (which is correct and should remain active), and the third shows an expired purchase which for some reason shows up as active. Hi there! Happy new year to all of you! Suddenly, 2FA stopped working for my administrator account in my cloud instance. It says the generated code is invalid, even though it seems to be valid in my token generation app. In the past, I had the same problem with a self-hosted instance and I fixed it by adjusting the system time in the host OS as it had a difference of a few seconds from the NTP server, but I can't do it in cloud instances. I actually don't know if it's the same problem, but the fact this started to happen after the new year raised a flag to me. Any ideas? 🙂 Thanks, Fernando

I would like to install a test board again under the same subdomain as before, but when I paste the license code I am getting the notification: A test installation has already been activated for this license key. Your license key entitles you to one test installation only. Could it be resetted, please?

Hello! Can you tell me how to change the domain for a test license? I had a domain(#1) from which I transferred information to another domain(#2). The test license was installed on the subdomain(domain #1). Now from domain #1 is being redirected to domain #2. Subdomain (domain #1) - deleted! I want to install the test license on the subdomain (domain #2). Hello, post 4.7.5 upgrade, I'm trying to update some marketplace applications. It must be me... but... Have tried inserting two keys into a pages text block, one from an app on the marketplace which comes with the ability to insert a {key}, the other from advertisements and neither seems to be working. I tried putting into a block: {advertisement="thisismyadname"} and all that appears is the text {advertisement="thisismyadname"}, it does not call up the ad which I have configured properly to show in custom places using the key, e.g. "thisismyadname". Thoughts where I should start looking for my error? Thanks
